Has some bugs
Style: 24" IPS FHD 75Hz w/DisplayPort, Speakers
Crappy cords, hard to get it started. Great when gets up and running for the price

One of the very best monitors for the price, but get a good HDMI cable
Style: 23.8" IPS FHD 75Hz Framless
Nice high quality monitor that attaches easily to a VESA arm but it does not like cheap HDMI cables; after struggling with the cable that was included I switched to a premium cable and the monitor lights up immediately now.

Budget IPS monitor that is PWM / flicker free
Style: 24" IPS FHD 75Hz w/DisplayPort, Speakers
Replacing a 2015 S-series glossy 24" Dell 1080p flicker free monitor with 2x3W speakers. I needed a flicker free / PWM free monitor + usable integrated speakers. Only four models really exist: 1. ASUS VA24DQ 2x2W 2. Dell S2421H 2x3W (discontinued? stock issues) 3. Benq GW2480 2x1W 4. Benq EW2480 2x2.5W Good + No dead pixels, very little backlight bleed + 100% flicker free - 100 to 0 brightness and with 60hz or 75hz + speakers. Coming from 2x3W down to 2x2W is very noticeable but still acceptable. Anything less than 2x2W, you will need to buy external speakers + blue light filter - you will need it considering how blue monitors are these days. Bad - default settings are blue. Majority of presets just make the screen bluer. sRGB preset is great except brightness is 100 and locked making it useless outside of brightly lit office settings. You will most likely have to customize settings to get a usable screen. - matte screen - glossy with its "glossy pop" is better. - loading ASUS's ICC monitor profiles didn't help

Great price, nice display
Style: 23.8" IPS FHD 75Hz Framless
I already had one ASUS VP249HE as my primary display along with a Dell display as secondary. The Dell was not is good a screen as the Asus, but good enough to use until I spotted this unit for sale on Amazon. I have both screens on a desktop duel monitor stand and am very pleased.

Not to confuse NVIDIA GSYNC with adaptive sync -- manual: G-Sync is NOT supported
Style: 24" IPS FHD 75Hz w/DisplayPort, Speakers
In the Amazon description: "Supports both Adaptive-Sync with NVIDIA GeForce* graphics cards and FreeSync with AMD Radeon graphics cards *Compatible with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 10 series, GTX 16 series, RTX 20 series and newer graphics cards". It does NOT support G-SYNC which the manual shows and the description does not state just to be clear. A blog said "gtx 1060 supports adaptive v sync, it also supports fast sync". Probably not confusing to an avid gamer which I am not. So it doesn't really matter to me but at first glance may be confusing. The manual has an X by NVIDIA G-SYNC: NVIDIA G-SYNC ✗ AMD FreeSync ✓ Low Blue Light technology ✓ Flicker-free technology ✓ VESA Adaptive Sync support ✓ AMD FreeSync type FreeSync I think this ASUS VA24DQ has great color and intensity out of the box. I checked it with the Windows 10 Calibrate Display Monitor and didn't change anything. I noticed the color intensity and depth immediately. I wanted a VESA mount to get the monitor off the desk top. It is sufficiently wide and high for general computing which is all I do with it (23.8 inch diagonal). With a Display Port, HDMI and VGA (sub-D) it should work well for many people. This replaces my 32 inch curved display which frankly was too large for general computing.

Love this!!!
Style: 24" IPS FHD 75Hz w/DisplayPort, Speakers
I'll admit that the 1st one I received developed an issue within the first 24 hours I was utilizing it. However, during the time I was able to use it, I loved it! So being familiar with the ASUS brand, I decided to exchange that one - Amazon was great about it and got a new one out to me very quickly. The 2nd monitor has worked just fine without any issues at all. A couple of notes; 1) Connectors: The monitor I received has 1 of each; VGI, HDMI, and a display port 2) The picture quality is clear, clean, and crisp. There are portions of my desktop image that you can't see on my older monitors but can see on this one. Note; I'm using this monitor primarily for work, and when I screen share for meetings, I've been told the crispness translates there as well. 3) I'm not sure of all of the details around the eye care technology; but I can say that I feel the difference using this monitor at the end of the day. I have noticed that it is not nearly as "blue" as my other monitors are, with the display providing a warmer, easier to look at coloring.
