this review is for my Bluetti system; AC200MAX, B230, and PV420 Panel: what really sold me on this system is the ability to expand the power storage, the amount of solar input that can go into it for charging, and the ability to use the system as shore power for an RV via the 30A output (AC200MAX). the quality of their products is very good, and the user interface is easy to navigate. i would like to see the ability to bluetooth into the B230 w/o having to hook it up to the AC200MAX. there are some reviews regarding the PV420's stand being flimsy, which it is. however, it is functional and keeps the weight of the panel down. if they beefed up the mechanism it would no doubt add weight, which is a negative IMO. just deal with the stand and you'll be good to go. regarding customer service; i have had to deal with them on 2 occasions. the first time with a defective PV420, and the second time with a defective B230, (bad luck i guess). on both occasions the issues were eventually resolved with new replacements. a few things to note; Bluetti has a separate customer service wing for Amazon purchases. all communication is by email. you will need to be patient throughout the troubleshooting process, as you will likely need to try different steps and take pictures along the way, as requested by the customer service rep. in both cases, i was assisted by Anson, who was very pleasant to deal with. upon performing logical troubleshooting steps, Anson arranged returns and shipment of new products. FYI, the PV420 had a defective panel in the array, and wouldn't provide adequate solar power for charging, and the B230 appeared to have only half capacity of the 2048WH, as if half of the batteries were defective or not connected properly. in both cases, replacements were sent out and the system now works as expected. overall i'm very happy with this system, and will likely add another B230 and PV420 panel. I also purchased the DC charging enhancer (D050S), which allows max charging for the system, and the ability to charge the B230 as a stand alone, with a solar panel. ... show more

I have the blue ready AC 200 max and have been very satisfied. I purchased this extra B300 battery as an addition to the unit. Trying to track the unit from Amazon to my house, the unit appeared to be lost. After two days, I contacted Bluetti and spoke to Anson (through emails). Anson, as a customer service representative, was exceptionally responsive to my concerns, and after trying to track the unit himself, decided to send another one to me at his extra expense. I was very impressed with that. Ultimately the original unit was delivered to my house so I contacted Hanson and told him not to ship the second unit because as indicated, it’s very heavy weighing over 80 pounds. He was able to intercept shipping of the second unit which saved us both a lot of time and effort because returning it would’ve been a big deal in expense and effort (the box. It came in way over 90 pounds). I was very impressed with Anson‘s customer service and the way he handled my problem.
