First of all great sound not long enough play time the charging cord didn’t fit into the charging port but we made it work the charging cord is not very strong wires are already separating so not very happy with this product I do not recommend!

    • unpair often, drop from ear often.
unpair, need to put in case back and take out, than work good. Changed all three sizes no one suit good in ear… recipient’s often hear you bad.
