I was talking near the ocean, where there was a lot of noise from the waves, people on the conference call didn’t even know that I was near the ocean. The noise reduction suppressed the noise of the waves, and the microphone accurately conveyed my voice. I was surprised, but this device ACTUALLY SUPPORTS TWO DEVICES AT THE SAME TIME. The battery is long, I couldn’t discharge it in 1 day, it lasts for 6-8 hours. Very pleased, overall great product!!! I recommend. I compare it with Sony headphones for $300, in Sony the ears do not breathe, although in Sony you can’t hear the surrounding noise, but in these the ear breathes, you can change the ear if you are tired, and you hear the surrounding noise with your free ear, it’s convenient. My interlocutors can hear me better than in Sony for $300. And better than small Sony ones for $140. Minor issues and non-connections can be resolved by putting the headphones into search mode instead of just turning them on. !!! They continue to work during recharging. I had different headphones, Sennheiser, Sony, and they all turned off when I tried to charge them. For example, you are communicating, but forgot to charge your headphones. They report a low charge, all my previous ones interrupted their work when connecting the charge wire. These +-$25 headphones keep working and charge. Bravo to the producers!!! This is a very well-designed, comfortable, headset. Both headset audio and mic clarity are excellent, and it holds a perfect bluetooth connection on all-day calls I've tested it with. It doesn't need charging very often, but when it does the charging cradle avoids the need to fiddle with either a proprietary charging or USB-C/Micro cable. The cradle itself uses a is standard USB-A to USB-C cable, which is provided. While one of two units ultimately failed after just under 3 months of daily use (multi-function button mechanically failed, rendering it unable to power-on), a quick message to the seller via Amazon messaging was met with a friendly response the next business day. With no further questions beyond shipping address, the seller had a brand new unit at my door in two days. Get this headset! ... show more

    • Went wacky after 3 months, reconects to phone while in charging case
For every Bluetooth earbud or over the ear device i owned, they all played nicely with my Ford sync system When I get into the car, the Sync system takes over and plays through the car speakers and the ear buds disconnect. That's the priority of latest device to pair order. When I get out of the car the earbuds take back control. But after 3 months the Caymuller earbuds just took back control after 20 minutes into my drive WHILE THEY WERE IN THE CHARGING CASE. I had to pull off the highway to see why my music stopped. Checking my phones Bluetooth pairing menu I see the DT17 (Caymuller earbuds) were connected while in the charging case. No earbuds should ever connect while in the charging case EVER! Then a few days later, I'm on a business call with my cell phone directly and Earbuds in the charging case, and suddenly I can't hear the caller. Recognizing the anomaly I quickly reached for the earbuds and jammed it to my ear and sure enough there is the caller. So now if I don't use the ear buds, I turn off the phones Bluetooth. This problem became frequent and annoying. So I ordered a different brand and these will get wrapped in aluminum foil where they will never get signal again and go into the circular file. I'll never own Caymuller anything again. So as the old saying goes, "Full me once it's your fault", but there will be no twice. ... show more

I have a 2019 iMac and needed something with a good connection and clear audio for zoom meetings. I had a lot of complaints from clients about the static and wonky connection with the apple pros, and even tried several other Bluetooth headphone, as well as a usb microphone. Clients have commented several times on how my audio is movie quality now and how great the connection is. Battery last several days despite 5 hours or more of use at a time. Bluetooth was easy to connect. It’s the most comfortable headset I’ve worn, but it’s still a headset and after a full day my ear is a bit tender. ... show more

Had one three plus years ago. Back up unit. Tried all the new and improved ones. EKSA, h1. Etc. bought a new old school. Three year warranty that I know will make it. Light. Comfortable. Great sound out and can hear ok in. Buy it once and move on. A truckers must even as a backup.

    • Noise cancellation is terrible

My husband bought these for my long-haul driving and hotel stays. At first I liked them and they seemed to do okay but after a few weeks of use I have to say I'm disappointed with the overall quality. The description says they are noise cancelling. I have to say that they are not. Actually they amplify EVERY NOISE to the point that my husband thinks that I'm banging on something when I'm just opening a small plastic wrapper on food or other similar items. I literally can't make any background noise at all while using this headset because he complains that his ears hurt and it sounds to him like I'm banging on things. Also when I'm driving the bus (at night when it's dead-quiet), my friends say that my voice sounds scratchy. Looks like our 8-year-old will be using these with his I-pad instead of me using it for calls. The sound quality on my end is passable. It's difficult to turn the volume up without touching the phone, which defeats the purpose of hands-free. Part of the problem is that the buttons are much too small. I frequently find that my call volume or GPS is so quiet that I can't hear anything at all even though I didn't turn it down. This is happening because the size of the buttons (very tiny) makes them very difficult to locate, so it's easy to push the wrong button and not be able to find the right one.
