Sound quality isn't great but it's good. Heavy bass songs sound distorted but calls to anyone sound clear. The mic is a big plus. No more sounding like you're in a closet. A little pricey for the quality of sound you get. Good for call center or WebEx call.

It works at first but has not longevity and its low quality will shine thru pretty quickly. skipping while listening, disconnecting and not reconnecting. etc. Got so sick of it I did a passable impression of the scene from office space where they take the printer out to the field and destroy it.
