First I'd like to say? For the price these are worth it and they do work. I use them as a Bluetooth option for taking calls at work and wear them 8 hours a day, I never have issues hearing any of my clients and the charge lasts a long time!! The reason I docked a star is the mute does not work (glad I tested this before trusting it) but with the work I do, mute is important so that was disappointing, I also don't find them the most comfortable. Again I wear them 8 hours, and my ear does feel sore after that i hour shift. Like a bra or socks, you live with it but you're HAPPY to take it off at the end of a day and rub your sore bits haha. All and all these are worth it for the quality, but if you're going to use them for long hours, I'd look for something a bit better quality if you can ... show more

I've been using these almost every day for somewhere around 7 months and yesterday the button to turn it on and off stopped working, which was weird because it broke while they were on and I couldn't turn them off. I like them, but they have quite a few issues, so I'll be looking for a different one to replace it. Bad: 1. Microphone, you can have the microphone pointing straight upwards and people will still complain that you are too loud. Feels like the mic was designed to be put in the ear portion 2. Sound, similarly, there are basically two sound levels, too quiet, and way too loud. Maybe it just doesn't like my phone though. 3. Bluetooth, this is the worst. This can connect to two devices at once, but ONLY play sound from one at a time. So if it connect to your phone and computer, and your computer makes a single beet, say goodbye to your music for the next 5 seconds. Likewise, in an important phone call on the computer, and you get a text? Say goodbye to the meeting for the next 5 seconds. Honestly I wish it could only connect to one thing at a time. Good: 1. Light weight, doesn't feel like I'm wearing a helmet on my head. Clip did squeeze my head a bit too much at the start though, but I don't know if it was designed for a fully adult male. 2. Battery, can last up to three or four days on a single charge depending on how much I use them. P.S. If you use glasses the mic bar will always find a way to bonk them on the way down. ... show more

If you could only imagine, my frustration in trying to find the perfect pair of Bluetooth earpieces, you would understand that coming across these things (which has been nothing short of amazing) has been such a relief. In short, I bought 3 brands of Bluetooths....3 different times over a matter of weeks. 1 set of JLab brand, 1 set of Walmart Onn brand ($40 mind you!!) And 1 set of Kroger off-brand. They were all horrible. There's lots of different brands to choose from and it's hard to trust which ones you can get accustomed to. Some aren't loud enough. Some don't have enough range. Some are just plain uncomfortable. So I decided to take to Amazon, which I don't know why I didn't before, to search for better. So I came across these and I absolutely love them. Got them at a good deal. Like 25% off or something. They were under $20. I work at a large chain pizza place. Which means loud ovens all day. They hold up to the loudness surrounding you enough to be able to hear your entrainment. Or phone calls, whichever. Phone calls are perfect. No dropping, clear sound. Noise cancelling.. All perfect. It has very good volume. They go 'in' ear. I don't know why some brands are trying to push 'out' ear Bluetooths, where it just sits on the outside of your ear. No. Just no. I can't imagine anyone liking that kind of thing when they won't stay put. It's just weird I'm sorry. These go IN the ear and they stay in! Speaking of comfort, they are lightweight. The lightest Bluetooth I've ever had. But don't mistake them for being cheap and crappy. Given the cheap price point, don't let that deter you from buying, for fear they will suck. They absolutely don't suck. The price was awesome, a lot cheaper than the other brands I spent my money on. But with the awesome usage of this brand, you get the comfort on point as well. The ear hook is lightweight and very flexible, hassle-free to put on. Also, the more impressive quality with this, is the range. At work, I go into a walk-in fridge and the door closes while I'm in there arranging stuff occasionally, while my phone is set down somewhere on the outside. It never loses connection. Doesn't even flinch. That's the best thing about these. The range is crazy good. Better than any other brand I've tried. I've even cooked in my kitchen at home while my phone was in my bedroom while I was wearing these and it stays connected and playing whatever I'm listening to. At all times. Battery life is out of this world. They're fully charged right out of the box. Easy installation. I haven't needed to charge not once since buying them and it's been a week. It has volume control, answer/end call button or stop/play button, whatever it is. It's awesome. I know I keep saying that, but I'm in love with these. It's just a beautiful pair of Bluetooth earbuds. And my favorite I've owned so far and I have owned a lot in my time. Also, there's a voice prompt for every navigation. A woman sounds off when you are connected and tells you if the volume is at maximum and tells you the number in which someone is calling you if you're not at your phone.
