When H1 is successfully connected to the phone the first time, it will automatically search and reconnect the device after power on. If it fails, please re-pair and connect. I usually wait a few weeks before a review but this one gets it now. Keep in mind this is my second day with it. Ima truck driver and finding a headset that I could hear clearly and people could hear me clearly was difficult. The 200.00 headset from the truck stop was okay at best but this thing is damn near perfect. Plenty of volume through the ear piece and clear which is important. My other ends hear just fine and I don’t have to raise my voice or scream into the mic. The product itself feels sturdy like mostly quality but I haven’t dropped it yet. The only thing I wish it had is a way to tell me how much battery is left other than that this is an excellent buy especially for the price. ... show more

Awesome headset for telework. Coworkers say they can hear me well and sound is clear. And they can not hear my 4 dogs barking in the background, so I'd say the noise cancelling is excellent. Pairs with my Dell laptop, and I've also paired it with my phone. A full charge usually lasts all week, and I don't turn it off at the end of the day, just leave it on all week. I plug it in on Friday afternoon and the status is usually 10-15 percent battery remaining and it's good to go Monday morning. Had it for 6 months now, and there was one week where the battery ran out on Thursday, but I was doing 3 full days of meetings/speaking/presenting. Charged it overnight and was good to go. Cannot use and charge at the same time. it will power off when plugged in. But I don't need to be using it 24/7 so it works well for me. Can flip the microphone to either side. And again on the noise cancelling, I thought for sure my dogs loud barking would be picked up, but my coworkers said they couldn't hear them at all. UPDATE: Customer service was great and sent me a free replacement headset. After using the new headset I've changed my opinion on this product. It works as it should. I've had it for 2 weeks now using it a few hours a day and I'm just needing to charge it after 2 weeks. I really like the feature that after hours of non use it powers itself off to conserve that battery. The range is great, I can leave my phone in my truck and walk to the back of my trailer and get no static. It's comfortable and easy to use. I would recommend this headset to any trucker or 4-wheeler looking. You get what you pay for i guess. This headset more times than not sounds like I'm in a crazy wind tunnel and the person in the other end says I sound like a robot. Its complete garbage if you ask me. ... show more

Here’s a polished version of your review: 3/5 Stars The battery life is great, and connecting the device was quick and easy. The sound quality was excellent at first, but after about two months it started to noticeably decline. The music controls are simple and user-friendly, which I appreciated. The build quality feels pretty cheap, but that’s somewhat expected for a budget product. On the plus side, they’re comfortable enough to wear for long periods without causing any discomfort.     • Broken in the Same Spot 3 Times in 6 Months

I rarely leave 1 star reviews, but after purchasing this same headset THREE separate times over the last 6 months, I’m beyond frustrated. Every single pair has broken in the exact same spot, which clearly points to a design or durability issue and not user error. The first time it happened, I gave the company the benefit of the doubt and assumed maybe I was too rough with it. The second time, I started questioning the quality but still thought maybe it was just bad luck. Now that the third headset has broken in the SAME exact location, it’s obvious this is a recurring manufacturing flaw. What makes this even more disappointing is that I actually liked the headset when it worked. The sound quality was decent, it was comfortable, and I kept repurchasing because I wanted to believe the issue was a coincidence. But constantly spending money replacing the same product only for it to crack or break the same way is unacceptable. For the price, I expected much better durability. A headset should not repeatedly fail after normal use, especially in the exact same weak point every single time. At this point, I cannot recommend this product to anyone because the build quality simply does not hold up long term. I’m giving 1 star because I’m genuinely frustrated and disappointed after trying to give this product multiple chances. ... show more
