I got this for my husband because he’s a truck driver and can’t be on the phone without a hands free device. This thing stays charged for a very long time and thankfully because he’s not the best at keeping things charged. He is in a loud truck and I can’t hear anything but him and it’s very clear. I do sometimes hear the CB sometimes but this is a very good product for the price. This has adjustable head piece and it’s very simple to hook to the Bluetooth which was a problem with his last one. I bought the Leayu headset on August 28, and for the first month or so, it was amazing. The sound quality is fantastic, and it's comfortable to wear for long periods, so I was really happy with it. However, by October, it randomly fell apart. The headset still works fine, but the pieces literally started disassembling themselves one day. I’m not sure if it was poorly assembled when it was made, or if something happened during the delivery, but I didn’t notice any issues until after a while of use. It’s really disappointing because, otherwise, the headset is great—good sound, solid performance—but the build quality just didn’t hold up as expected. Despite this, I’m still planning on buying another one because the sound and functionality are top-notch, but I do hope that the next one has a bit better durability. Maybe I just got a faulty unit? Fingers crossed the next one lasts longer!

I purchased this Bluetooth headset for my brother who is a truck driver, and he absolutely loves it. He spends long hours on the road, so having a reliable and comfortable headset is very important, and this one exceeded my expectations. The sound quality is very clear, and the AI noise canceling does a great job blocking out background noise while he’s driving. The microphone is also excellent- calls sound clear on both ends without static or interruptions. The battery life is one of the best features. It lasts a very long time before the needing to charged, which is perfect for long trips and work days. He also mentioned that it’s lightweight and comfortable enough to wear for hours without discomfort. The Bluetooth connection is fast and stable, and the mute button and multipoint connection make it very convenient to use with both his phone and other devices. Overall, this headset is great value for the price and works perfectly for truck drivers, office work sand everyday calls. Highly recommended.

After such a good experience with this headset, I ended up buying it twice. What stands out the most, without a doubt, is the battery life. I use it frequently for voice calls, and it can spend a lot of time between charges. Even after more than a year of use, the battery still offers excellent performance. It is also comfortable to wear during long sessions. The pads are soft, the microphone works well to communicate clearly and the controls are easy to find. The sound quality is good for its price, but what really convinced me to buy it again was its reliability and durability. After more than a year, it continues to work perfectly and has withstood daily use very well.

It's a very nice basic headset that just works. The noise canceling is excellent and compares to headsets that cost 4 and 5 times as much. If you plan on using this headset on a big rig and have your phone paired with the truck radio, go to your phone Bluetooth settings, click on your radio connection, go to settings and deactivate phone calls. That way, every time you get a phone call, your phone will send it to the headset instead of the radio. It took me awhile to figure that out, as my phone calls would flip between the headset and truck radio, and that was annoying. As I said earlier, it's a great headset and after using mine for over a year I just bought one to a fellow co-worker. We talk to each other all the time and his headset was garbage, now I can hear him just fine and his daughter is also very happy she can also hear her dad without annoying background noise.

I rarely leave 1 star reviews, but after purchasing this same headset THREE separate times over the last 6 months, I’m beyond frustrated. Every single pair has broken in the exact same spot, which clearly points to a design or durability issue and not user error. The first time it happened, I gave the company the benefit of the doubt and assumed maybe I was too rough with it. The second time, I started questioning the quality but still thought maybe it was just bad luck. Now that the third headset has broken in the SAME exact location, it’s obvious this is a recurring manufacturing flaw. What makes this even more disappointing is that I actually liked the headset when it worked. The sound quality was decent, it was comfortable, and I kept repurchasing because I wanted to believe the issue was a coincidence. But constantly spending money replacing the same product only for it to crack or break the same way is unacceptable. For the price, I expected much better durability. A headset should not repeatedly fail after normal use, especially in the exact same weak point every single time. At this point, I cannot recommend this product to anyone because the build quality simply does not hold up long term. I’m giving 1 star because I’m genuinely frustrated and disappointed after trying to give this product multiple chances.

Edit: I tried to use it to make sure I was not unjustly being judgemental and it kept losing the call repeatedly OK, I am going to list the pros in the cons, even though I have only had this for a short period of time. Before I continue, I am going to say I am not using it as my primary headset because I don’t want to. I am however, keeping it as a backup. First of all the earpiece feels a tad slim for my taste. I am used to a blue parrot where it covers all of your ear. That has pros and cons and is obviously a personal preference. It is lightweight. It is significantly lighter than my BT 450. That being said I can see why people have shared pictures of it being broken in places. I’m not really sure how to explain this, but I’m going to try my best. It doesn’t feel ultra cheap but you can tell it is made on a budget. One reason I’m choosing not to use it is because of how it fits on my head and it is kind of slick. I’m afraid it will fall off and break. Granted, I am female and have a fairly average size female head. I have made a few calls on it. People can definitely tell when I am on my iPhone speakerphone vs this. They say this sounds tinnier and lacks depth of balance. If I switch back over to my iPhone, they immediately will say oh you just swapped back to your phone. It is quite noticeable. People I have spoke with give my phone roughly a nine out of 10 and give this device a seven out of 10. Not horrible not great just is what it is. The noise cancellation is actually pretty good. I do vape and people cannot hear it when I am on the headset. Obviously a good thing. It appeared very easy to my phone. It shows up as H1 on my BT list. I wear my headset on my left ear, and the boom arm does rotate relatively easily. One reason that I am choosing not to use this long-term is because it has like a fake leather/vinyl/plastic over the earpiece and it is not removable. This is a big deal to me because I do drive a truck and in the summer, especially wearing a headset tends to make my ear sweat. And without any easy way to remove and clean, that just seems kind of gross to me. I am totally OK with the fake whatever material it is, but in my opinion, it does need to come off to be cleaned. Yes you can wipe it off, but that does not get the padding underneath. I cannot speak to the battery life because I do not intend to use it. Except in cases of backup. It is definitely not the worst headset in the world and if you are really on a limited budget this may very well work for you. I hope this review has helped
