The volume is super good, it’s very comfortable on my ears since I wear it about 10 hours a day (lol), it was very easy to connect to my computer, I love the charging base it gives a my desk a chic look!! It's a solid headset with decent sound quality. It just does not sit well in the charging cradle. You have to monkey with it each time. It's a real pain. I would have started at 5 star but after just over 2 months, the headsets performance started to fail. I love that it has a charging base, but it doesnt seem to be very reliable. There is no audio cue or notification level that tells you the battery charge level. I use it for work and having the battery randomly die or fail mid conversation is very anxiety inducing. I would charge it all night, turn it on in the morning. The automated system would tell me pairing, it would connect, then promptly shut off with no warning. The reason I learned this was the mute button wouldn't have any audio cues. Not sure if the base is faulty or the battery is, but it is not holding a charge even while on the base. Comfort wise, I find it acceptable. No complaints with the ear muff or the headband. Just the.. headset not holding a charge. Haven't decided if I want to contact the company or just get a different brand. ... show more

These headphones arrived on time and were everything the description listed. They were extremely easy to set up on my work computer and started working right away. I love that they only take 2 hours to fully charge the first time which is pretty fast and the indicator lights let you know when they are done.
