Works with office handset with USB EXCELLENT CLARITY!!
Color: Deep Black
Using with an office based handset ESI and it works great!!! I had a headset that was attached via phone cord, was very long awkward and heavy. Getting caught in things and not working very well. Most people would be asking me to repeat myself because they could not hear me it was glitching in and out whereas I think the small plastic piece area was worn out on the phone. This earpiece comes with a USB that you plug into either of the computer or in my case the handset. It's a little tricky to get back into the case for the charging. The charge is incredible last forever, connected extremely easily. The sound quality is excellent I hear my real voice and so I'm not sounding weird on the phone with the customers because I can hear my voice so naturally which helps me to sound 100% authentic like I want without the reverb. The earpiece is extremely light I forget that I'm even wearing it volume up and down works veryyetll, mute I have not tried yet. I am not able to pick up the call from the earpiece however I easily pick it up from my handset. Extremely reasonable pricing and I swear that it's probably my best headset that I've had! So far very impressed it's nice to not have tangles all the time in this heavy bulky thing just hanging off of everything. Fit's an ear beautifully, the case is very light and easy to charge. The battery life is exceptional it lasts and lasts and lasts! I would highly recommend this to anyone that works from home or in an office where they need it earpiece so that they can free up their hands. Extremely impressed with this product I would buy another one!

Wireless Earpiece Review
Color: Deep Black
I am very impressed with this wireless headset. The sound quality is excellent, and the audio is clear and crisp during calls and while listening to media. The wireless range is also very good, allowing me to move around freely without losing connection. One of the standout features is the noise-canceling capability. It effectively blocks out background noise, making conversations much easier to hear and understand. The microphone quality is equally impressive, and others can hear me clearly as well. The setup and installation process was incredibly simple and took less than one minute from start to finish. Everything connected quickly and worked perfectly right out of the box. Overall, this is a high-quality wireless headset that delivers excellent performance, reliable connectivity, true noise cancellation, and an easy setup experience. I would definitely recommend it.

Comfortable wireless earpiece ideal for simlutaneous USB & Bluetooth connection to a laptop & phone
Color: Deep Black
I've been pleasantly surprised with this headset so far. My old wired single ear headset was really comfortable but after about three years of daily use the padded ear speaker started to fall apart, and the 3ft long cable and USB connector to my laptop pc always seemed to be getting tangled on my desk. So when I went searching for a replacement on Amzon and found this Ngsod headset it caught my attention. There were literally hundreds of similar headsets, but only a few were dual use including this one. I liked that it included a USB dongle for easy pairing to my laptop in addition to the more popular Bluetooth function for linking to my phone. Sound quality is great on both my pc and phone, it's very comfortable even when wearing all day to the point I often forget I'm wearing it. Pairing to both my phone and pc simultaneously is very convenient and it works all day on a single charge, and with no cable getting in the way, my office desk stays tidy. I'd definitely recommend this as the ideal headset for folks working from home needing a comfortable headset that connects wirelessly thru' a USB dongle to their pc while also connected thru' Bluetooth to their phone.

Stays connected to Teams!!!!
Color: Deep Black
Wow! I had previously been using some earbuds for my Teams calls, but had trouble with it constantly disconnecting. This thing comes with a USB connection, which not only was ridiculously easy to setup, it stayed connected all day and stayed my primary audio without interruption. It's comfortable, too!! Very impressed!

Run Don’t Walk and buy these!
Color: Deep Black
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this headset absolutely deserves one. I’ve gone through six different wireless headsets for work, and every single one had some kind of issue—whether it was connectivity problems, poor sound quality, or being uncomfortable after wearing them for a few hours. These have honestly been a game changer. The audio is crystal clear, the noise reduction is excellent, and people on the other end of my calls can hear me perfectly. The sound quality is impressive too, with a nice, rich bass that makes everything sound full without being overwhelming. They’re also extremely comfortable to wear throughout my entire workday, which has been hard to find in other headsets I’ve tried. This is a real review from someone who was honestly getting frustrated trying to find a reliable wireless headset. If you’re on the fence, I can genuinely say these exceeded my expectations. Definitely worth every penny.

Ngsod Bluetooth Headset
Color: Deep Black
Good earpiece. I use it for work remotely and it is very lightweight, sound is good as well. It does have a delay but it’s not significant, for me. The dongle does kill battery however I’ve only used it once and without it still works just fine and battery def lasts longer. It is not noise cancelling, I’ve had people comment on my background either hearing the tv or dog barking. And the fit for switching to opposite ear is awkward. Wearing in the left ear flips it upside down so the inside is flipped upward and the mic is pointed up towards your nose.
