This headset is super comfortable. I use it daily for 9 hours straight. It stays charged i can hear well and others can hear me well also. I would recommend this to anyone. Now issues with using my computer or laptop at all.

As far as noice cancelling, this headset it great. The battery lasts a couple of days before needing to charge again. It is also comfortable to wear for a few hours at a time. The reason for 4 starts is everytime I remove it and come back from a break, it disconnects. I've had this product for a month and it's a daily issue when I take the headset off for a break it takes quite a while to reconnect. Even when I click and listen for it to turn off/turn on, I hear it say "Connected" but it takes a few minutes to hear through the headset. Lately I go to teams and use "test call" every time to be sure. I work from home so dealing with this everyday everytime I remove the headset for a break, it's frustrating. I'm going to look for another headset. Perhaps it could be me the user. :) ... show more
