I've owned their less expensive ICOMTOFIT headset for some time. It works fine. However, I could always hear background noise and some people would complain that my voice was not as clear as they expected. I've upgraded to the new version and I'm completely satisfied that the noise cancellation feature works much better and the microphones on the boom have been meaningfully improved. I've had a number of people comment about how clearer my voice is with this newer unit. Battery life is fine. It is easy to pair with my Bluetooth devices. I can flip between two devices (my laptop and my iphone) without problem. Moving between Zoom calls and telephone calls is not a problem. I'd recommend this Headset to anyone that depends upon a headset for their day-to-day work. It fits my ear well, easy to put on and use.

Using while doing office work. Very light and comfortable. Nice that this device allows me to listen to news, music or podcasts without disturbing anyone while at the same time I can go about not worrying about having my cellphone nearby to answer calls. Good battery life and clear audio reception for phone conversations. No complaints from the listeners regarding being able to hear me clearly. Overall a decent performance and reasonably priced! I will not hesitate to recommend this product!

I've tried a lot of Bluetooth headsets over the years, and this one is top of the line. It fits very comfortably on the ear, has great sound quality for hearing as well as people listening to you speak on the opposite end. Great battery life, and a cool way of charging it from its own little built in battery storage type block. At the time of the review it was a good price too.

Purchased this wireless Bluetooth headset to use for work. I sometimes have trouble hearing with other headsets I have purchased in the past, but not this one! I have used it for a few days now and really like it. Very clear, easy to use and I love that it charges on the case that is included. It comes with a variety of earpieces to ensure a good fit which is important to me, because my ear starts to ache after an hour or so with most of the standard earpieces, so I am glad to be able to use a more narrow earpiece to fit my ear which allows for longer, more comfortable wear. Overall very happy with the quality.
