it immediately connected with my phone with no issues super easy! I love the bright color makes it easier to find when you leave it laying around. I can hear really well on it for phone calls, as well as books on tape. I have had a couple people say the sound quality on their end was not great but after adjusting volume it seemed to get better. The battery life is amazing I have had it for over a week used it multiple times for hours at a time and still have not had to charge it. It is also pretty comfortable, my only issue is I have smaller ears and there is no bendable wire in the earpiece that goes over your ear it still stays on my ear just fine but I would like to be able to adjust for a little bit more stability. The media could not be loaded. The best Bluetooth ever!! I can hear my husband very clear in his truck no background noise at all and he said he goes 75 ft+ and is doesn't disconnect. If I could leave 0 stars I would. While the product looks great and is comfortable to wear it is completely useless. It continually shuts down at the 5 minute mark. Loses connectivity with the dongle. The dongle has a BT setting that keeps shutting off and has difficulty being connected to a phone and the dongle. I ordered this and it came quickly for a reasonable price. The earpiece is comfortable and sounds clear and the microphone picks up my voice well without too much background noise. Even while connected to a phone and in the middle of calls, the headset powers off after about 5 minutes. I ensured 100% charge, reset multiple times, and paired multiple times. The call was clear and others could hear me well.
