This headset has worked great for me, so far. I have to admit I was a bit disappointed initially that the earpiece did not totally enclose my ear; it sets on the ear. I thought this would be uncomfortable, but it was not. The earpiece cushion was very soft and did not result in any discomfort, even after hours of wearing it. The headset works great on my head even when wearing a ball cap...the adjustability great, and I have no complaints. The sound coming through the speaker seems to be very good, and when talking to other people on the phone, they can hear me loud and clear. I was skeptical due to price. I opened the box after one day waiting. Very nicely built, heavier duty than blue tiger I just replaced it with. I e had several blue parrots which were probably as nice as this and lasted a while but this is a lot cheaper. It has a long range from my phone. Longer than both others just mentioned and the people I call say that it’s the best sounding headset I’ve had in a long time. Noise canceling is also great.     • GOOD FOR SOMEONE WITH LARGE EARS

The headpiece holds nicely but not too tight it is actually fairly comfortable. I have smaller ears so this type of earpiece would be better for someone with larger ears as the large area sort of sounds a bit like I am hearing in a bubble due to the extra space around inside the earpiece, although I can hear the people talking to me very well and the cushion is actually really comfortable since it does not touch my ears so it does not hurt them like some of the smaller ones that sit on top of the ear. The good news is that my customers seem to be hearing me very well and I am hearing them pretty well too. I did find that the dongle disconnected once after working for around 5 hours. But I am sure that was pretty much random. I turn it off on each break. When you turn it off and on, a lady tells me it is on or off, but I have had others that tell me how much battery is available. That would be nice if they said that. The mute button seems to work fine, but I don't really use it. I use the one on my computer as I can see the icon and I don't have to hear someone say mute on or off which would interrupt me hearing my customer talking. But it seems to work just fine, I guess. I would keep these due to my customers hearing me so well, but it drives me crazy that the earpiece makes me hear like I am in a fish bowl. After wearing them for a good 6 hours I have sort of gotten used to it though. So I will order a different pair but keep these until I know if the other new ones are going to be any better. For the price, I could even keep these as backup, not sure. I want to love these as they actually work well. I just want to try one more set and see if they are any better. the main thing for me is I need the kind that surrounds the ear instead of sitting on top of the ear as 8 hours of that hurts my ears. Adding comment. After 6 hours of wearing these, they are kinda feeling tight and with covering my whole ear and pressing on my head and temple, I am getting a bit of a headache. ... show more

This works great, has a long battery life and noise cancelling works great. I have a rather noisy vehicle and it's never a problem having a conversation on the phone. People on the other end don't even know I'm driving usually. Only minus it that it's not got super fidelity for music, etc., but for the price it beats out much more expensive headsets I've used. For phone use and listening to audiobooks, it's great. Actually not bad for music, etc., but not top flight as a music experience. It's also held up really well despite a lot of use. That's why I give it full marks overall, despite that one drawback of not being the best audio. ... show more

After a few months of buying this headset, this is better than the name brands! I thought about buying the name brands when I first started looking for this type of headphones. My workplace has a hands-free phone policy and will reimburse the cost of these headphones. I have walked outside more than 50 feet away and it still works. I can have my windows down with the wind blowing with the radio playing and still hear people on the other end. The battery life on these are really good. I can get a few days on a full charge. With these being Bluetooth, I can hook this headset up to my phone, tablet, and my TV with no problem. Product Update 11/22/2023 : I've had this headset not nearly 3 months now. The headset snapped in half at the headband part from general use. So when you place the headset on your head, the headband will bend slightly to fit over the ears and a good placement over the head. Overtime it has started a crease on the plastic itself and tonight it finally snapped leaving the wires exposed and showing the insides of the headband. After this short period of time I would not recommend this product. ... show more

My husband is a truck driver. He says these were easier to setup that the more expensive headphones. Also, when I talk to him I cannot hear how loud his truck is . I only hear his voice. These are amazing .
