Arrived quickly and well packaged. Extremely easy to use and easy to connect your phone to. It is comfortable and sits on your head well. My only complaint was it is that it is not loud enough even at max volume when you were driving anything but the quietest of vehicles

Reasonable purchase. I do not see a link for the manual on the Amazon web page. That link should be available before purchase on the page. When link is provided, I will upgrade rating. Did I miss the link? There are some customer videos that explain the typical pairing process. The headset has minimal voice status messages off/on/pairing. Press the center button to power down/power up. Hold center button 4 seconds to go into pairing mode. You may need 👓. Box has minimal instructions in fine print. Little paper manual has fine print. Perhaps typical. While many people probably have the Amazon app on their phone, few people want to curate the instructions printed on paper.

Nice and lightweight and even though battery life says four hours I can use it for 16 hours before I need to charge it again.

Previous to this I got a mpow brand headset, and I never had issues with ppl hearing me. This headset is comfortable, connects easily to my Bluetooth but I am often told people cannot hear me well and or I cannot hear the other person well. I’ve got no background noise I’m in a house with no one home in a room and the volume is up all the way. It works but the sound doesn’t seem so great. The seller reached out to me and offered a replacement so I haven’t tried out the new one yet but because they actually reached out and sent me a new one to try I was willing to up this to 4 stars because that’s good customer service.

I did not open this package until after the return date had passed. The headset sits unused in my office because the volume is too low. July 2023 - Seller offered a late return and refund. I increased the rating by one star for good service.

Y'all I cannot express how much I love these. They got here fast, they connected almost instantly to my work computer when I turned them on, and work with Cisco jabber, Skype, and microsoft teams. Great price too. Could not be happier.
