Yes, it works. As an entry-level bluetooth headset, it's functional. It takes awhile to pair with devices for the first time, but reconnects fairly quickly. And the microphone quality is decent. I tried it for phone calls, Zoom meetings, making audio recordings, etc., and I didn't notice any problems nor did anyone I was speaking with. Noise filtration was pretty good, not perfect but it did seem better than single mic designs. The mic arm is bendable and will hold shape within reason, but won't hold a sharp bend at all. I did like that you could reverse it and the mic arm had full freedom of movement to work on either side. And I definitely did have to reverse it; it was uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time because it put a lot of pressure on my head on the non-headphone side (the "non-stick pad"). Unfortunately there is no way to adjust the amount of tension. A bigger pad on that side would probably have helped. But the real problem is the speaker / audio output quality. There's not nearly enough midrange, there's too much bass in particular, and it seems a bit tinny at the high end. And I noticed a weird reverb in the audio sometimes. I'm not sure if that's some artifact of the noise cancellation algorithm, but it wasn't the source device, as it happened with my phone and my laptop. This would probably be useful in a noisy environment where you need to keep one ear free and don't really care about audio quality, but it wouldn't be my first choice in any other setting. I'm giving it three stars since it does actually work, and I think it would be a good fit for specific applications. ... show more

Look, let's get this out of the way first. This headset is a "trucker style" unit and will not look sporty, or cool to the younger crowd who are accustomed to the airpods style of in-ear headphones. You need to understand that up front. Now, if you're still interested, let me tell you that this is an EXCELLENT headset and is very worth your consideration! I highly recommend this headset; especially if you plan to use while driving. I have been testing this headset for three months at the time of this review. The call quality is outstanding. The mic is really good and people I am talking to say they can't hear the road noise as I am driving, and that I sound crystal clear. They sound great to me too, through the earphone. The headset is secure, yet comfortable. It isn't going to slip or slide off your head, and yet it is well padded on the earcup and headband. The controls are intuitive and easy to use, and the battery life is OUTSTANDING. I mean, really, this thing sips battery power and lasts a long, long, time between charges. The only complaint I have is that the voice that speaks when you turn the device on and lets you know when you are connected to your device doesn't state the battery levels. You have to look at your phone to see how much charge is left. If you are in the market for a driving headset and don't mind the style, this thing is fantastic and I recommend it very much! ... show more

Audio quality and mic pick up are quite good. Ear cup is comfortable. When using on calls filters out background noise and unwanted noise quite well. Battery life is excellent.
