I’ve had incredible luck choosing good earpieces, like this one, on Amazon. Comexion’s Wireless Bluetooth headset replaces a favorite brand that recently broke – not the fault of the earpiece and was not available to re-order. Although I wasn’t expecting much, this earpiece was a pleasant surprise. Typically, I break down all the features, but these headsets are now pretty interchangeable and basically the same. The only differences I’ve noticed are: 1) whether they last, 2) if the noise cancellation works, and 3) that the talk time and standby time are accurate for my usage. Those are the most important features for me on a daily basis, and all 3 of them are true with this model. It also charges fast and has a solid carrying case, which is a huge plus. One of the most notable perks is the COMFORT of the earpiece, which can be a real deal-breaker for me. But, if I had one complaint, it involves a personal preference. The microphone arm on my previous headsets fit close against the face, while this one is thicker and sticks out further. Before I got accustomed to the placement and learned to compensate, I kept snagging it accidentally on things close to my face. That no longer happens, but it required an adjustment from previous models and now I prefer it. It also has a thicker ear hook and microphone arm in a blue color, while I’ve always had black, thin ones that fit close to the face. That may be a cosmetic, aesthetic difference that matters to you, but functionality won out for me over “looks”. I also rotate difference headsets, so this one is just different than the others. I adjusted to the differences, and am very happy with it. The style feels more rugged than others, and it does everything I need it to do. No shouting necessary to be heard on a call, or compete with the sound of whooshing air, like talking in a wind tunnel. Noise cancellation claims aren’t always true, but they're true with this model. I purchased this as my first headset to go with my IPhone 10. I have some hearing loss so I read all the reviews and wanted to select a piece that I would not have to return. This headset does not disappoint! Packaged nicely and partially charged, the headset comes with a package of additional ear foam adaptors so you can “fit” the device to your ear size. No need to cram the darn thing in just to make it fit. This fits snug just on the ear canal and is very comfortable and does not make my ear sweat. The instructions are in easy to read English with easy to follow diagrams of what each button does on the device. Notice: this does NOT come with a charger, but does come with a very short charge cable. Any 5vdc cell charger or usb charger will do. DO NOT use a “rapid charger” or plug this into your car to charge as this states this could damage the device. I’m guessing they just want to make sure to not use one of the cheap generic chargers or high mAmp output chargers on the device. Ok..back to my review......The headset adjusts over the ear snuggly and does not move when on. You can shake your head, look down, and it stays put. The microphone boom is short and stays about 1/2 inch away from your cheek. The microphone sound quality is excellent! I made 3 test calls to 3 different people and switched between the headset and my new IPhone and they could not tell the difference between the two! The ear speaker sound quality is also excellent and for me with reduced hearing that was good news. The headset has enough volume range that I find myself having to “turn it down” because it is too loud. Not very often I have to do that. Battery life is just fine for me as I have used this on the road all day and never had to charge it. Bluetooth range is about the same as a Bluetooth speaker...about 30-40 feet. I put my phone down in my office and walked away from it talking and got a out of range beep in my ear at about 30 feet. My conversation was still going though which was nice ! That was kind of cool. The microphone and ear holder swivel firmly so you can wear this on either ear easily. I don’t like to buy cheap crap that seems like it will break in a month or the first time you cram it in your pocket with your keys. This seems well built and so far I like it a lot !! I would have given this a 5 star on noise cancellation, but to be fair I have no way to properly judge this. ... show more

    • Appears durable and is comfortable, sounds good.
After breaking four other headsets in a row, and buying a durable one that hurts like heck, I was taking my time shopping. This one popped up in one of those emails based on search history. It looked just like what I was looking for, the price was reasonable, II decided what the heck, go for it. It came with a nice plastic case to store it in, (like in my backpack) with a couple of spare buds, a QR code to register, which I did, and a scratch off card that told me I didn't win a 20% or 30% coupon, I won another headset free. IMAGINE THAT! So I sent off an email. I was extremely surprised that within an hour I had a response apologizing for the slow response. (9:50 PM). by 10:12PM verification was complete and another apology for slow response. So now for the review of the product. I have only had this for 24 hours but here goes. The earpiece is soft rubbery, probably silicone. Comfortable and holds to the ear securely, which is important cause I am a contractor and move around a LOT. It also seems like the way it connects to the rest of the device is substantial. There is a metal band where it connects and rotates. The controls are in convenient locations and do what I expect. Much like others I got used to. Hmm... let me check something important. Range seems good, it only double beeps when you get out of range but says "connected" when you get back in. I had one that rarely connected without manual intervention. So for the most part I think I'm going to like it. Now for the negative. It does not fit very securely in my ear canal, but hovers just outside. I do hear people talking around me better but, would rather a tighter fit. Suggestion to cure this problem. A flexible wire inside the ear hook so it can be shaped. Or longer ear buds or both. Other than that I'm pretty happy. ... show more
