I'm a big fan of Bluetooth phone headsets. I seem to be on one call or another most of the day while using my computer and having a good quality headset just makes life easier. This headset unit comes in its own charging case along with three different ear plug attachments to suit different sized ear canals. It can be worn on either ear, but to do so requires a bit of origami as the headset sits flat in the charging case, and in order to configure it for wear it has to be untwisted from that flat posture into a 3-dimensional aspect that you can actually wear. The process then must be repeated in reverse to get it back in the charging case. It takes a bit of getting used to but keeps the charging case a handy, portable size. The headset is activated when removed from the case and can also be charged independently from the charging case using the USB-C port. Once worn, the headset is adjustable, very lightweight and comfortable enough for all-day wear. The sound and voice transmission quality are very good and clear. Various touch controls allow you to answer or reject calls, place a caller on mute, adjust volume or even add a third party for a sort of conferencing feature. The charging case, which measures about 5"x 2.5" x 0.75" features a digital display indicating the amount of charge remaining in the case - a feature which I personally prefer. The Bluetooth aspect paired easily with my Samsung phone and has typical range for a Bluetooth device (about 10 yards). I can't speak to how long an individual charge lasts as I wore it for a full 8-hour session and there was still charge left. Overall, this is a good quality Bluetooth headset at a good price, and if you are on phone calls much of your day it's worth a look. Recommended.

The earpiece has a nice double swivel function so the fit is pretty good. Along with three sizes of earphone I had it fitting neatly. I like the case charging design, but it feels a little unnecessary given the other defects with the product. I heard something moving about inside. It didn't get in the way of regular use, couldn't hear it in the ear. The pickup on this for me is around 14% at 100 volume on my computer. I listened to some recordings I made with this and they were decent, but I'm wondering if the low input volume will get in the way.

Does the job and sound quality is decent considering the cost,but the design is weird and doesn't quite fit the ear properly, just something off about the design,but if you play around with it you can get it to fit ok. Battery lasted almost 2 days which is good enough for me. Great that it has the latest Bluetooth at 5.3 . Sync to my PC right away ,and I like that it can be charged while in use,only because it's a pain using case to recharge as you have to flatten it out and you lose the fitting for you ear/face. So after using case to recharge you have to mess with trying to fit you all over again. Hey ,for the cost it's a dealio.

I've had a lot of Bluetooth earpieces, and the sound quality of this ＷＭＷＹＭＸ in both directions is really impressive for the price, not the very best sound you'll find anywhere, but the best value I've encountered in a long time. My best friend can notice the difference that I'm coming through clearer. It's also pretty comfortable. I have a similar design that is all right, but the loop tends to pinch my ear. This ＷＭＷＹＭＸ does the ear loop right. Sure, you could go with an earpiece that will be super crystal clear, and let the other person hear you if you're Superman flying at Mach 10, but you'll also pay a lot more. I remember the days of paying $40 and $50 for a corded earpiece.
