Pros: These affordable necklace style earbuds are replacing a substantially more expensive set that I used for many years. The arms have hinges allowing the unit to take up less space and prevent breakage when not in use and being carried in a knapsack. The buttons feel crisp and are easy to find by feel. The retraction of the earbuds is strong. Cons: The arms of this necklace are substantially bulkier than my old ones. Not a big deal since I don't see them when wearing it. This is probably the price to support strong hinges. The default tone of this unit is muddy. Hence the 3 stars for sound quality. I use it only with an Android tablet which has an equalizer that allows me to drop the lows and crank up the highs for an acceptable experience with spoken word audios. I haven't tried tuning it for music but I think it shouldn't be too hard. Summary: Not perfect but very acceptable unit at an affordable price.

This is my second pair of these headphones. The earbuds are retractable but are a little on the delicate side where they are connected. I did use them for 3 years, and I use them everyday for a minimum of 3 hours. If you have a big neck I do not recommend these, as they are not adjustable. They are inexpensive so that is my incentive to buy them again.

Been using for over a year and the sound quality holds up. That being said, the plastic neck brace broke in half for no reason. It still works fine, it's just very annoying.

I have been using headsets like these for many years, and this one is by far my favorite! I use it mostly for driving, since my car does not have a Bluetooth hookup. I'm able to keep one earbud in and the other retracted inside the device so I can hear if my phone is ringing, or the gps, or music, but still being able to hear what's going on around me. I have purchased regular wireless earbuds (not headset) in the past, and it wasn't an option to only have 1 of them in, as they both had to be in use to continue working, so that was not a good fit for my needs. This device was very easy to set up and the instructions for set up and use are clear. The sound quality is great, and if both earbuds are in, the noise cancellation from my outside surroundings are astounding (especially for the price!). The quality of the headset to it's cost ratio makes this purchase a great value! I have also had a fantastic after-sales experience. I'm glad I chose this headset over all the others.
