First of all I like to thank everyone that participated in getting my package delivered to me. Now to my surprise it came three whole days early and it just so happened to be my birthday. It came without padding so I was a little ped about that. After opening it I saw that the case was big (huge) just like everyone was saying but I guess it has to be because of it powering. When I opened the case it was pretty much charged up to 99%. I wanted to finish charging it to the complete the charge so I could listen with no problems. As it finished charging I was so so happy with the comfort fit then the incredible sound that came fourth. The bass is ok but nothing to brag about. I shook my head as much as I could and they didn’t even move. Man I can’t wait to wear them tomorrow at work all day if possible. I think I’m in Love. As far as the warranty I’ll have to get back to you’ll later I have 7days to get it r not. P.S.please read the instructions on how to operate your treasure earphones. ❤️👍 ... show more

    • Don’t get 2 pair
5 stars if you have 1 set; 0 if your partner or roommate or random neighbor has one too. These were the answer for us to communicating while bike riding together, because the noise canceling does handle wind better than anything else we’ve found. It’s also working great for my partner, who listens in one ear 24x7 because of his tinnitus. He’s alternating between them, when one says battery is low, he gets out the other, and he can charge one while wearing the other. However, they way they did the Bluetooth, the pairing is first earbud to earbud and then to the phone, and then from earbud to phone; and the earbuds can’t distinguish the set they belong to. Well, great if my partner needs spare parts, but if I try to use my set on a different schedule, my battery is low but not dead, I pick up the other, and it pairs with his. We’ve tried to use the same side, if he’s using the left one it won’t pair with my right one, so I *must* use the left if I want to pair with my phone while he’s using the left. So last night I was falling asleep with music, like you do, and the battery alert wakes me up. I go to get the other one but it’s a R and he’s listening to the L so even though I have never deliberately paired to his phone, and even though mine wasn’t quite dead, I could not, without waking him up to disconnect and reset his bt and stop his radio or whatever… there was nothing I could do on my own devices alone to unpair my R from his phone. Tried turning it off and back on, tried forgetting it and resetting the BT on my phone. I don’t run sound on my phone constantly like he does, which why mine is always the one losing connection and having to reconnect. And I just have to always use whichever one he’s using. We’ve both learned to invert them so we can wear the R in the L ear, but if I have to swap for battery, I’m SOL. Cannot get out of range of his within our home. And I’m not going for a walk at 3am, or waking him up. It’s been extremely frustrating, which is why I’m writing this review. It’s not hard to get this right, and they’d get 5 stars if not for this issue. Their instructions have a note about if your spouse has one… but you don’t just have to get along, you have to both be awake, too. Every time you have to do a battery switch. And clearly they were aware of the issue when they published the instructions. So, I really can only rely on these for our bike rides or when we’re both awake, and I need something else if I want to listen to what I want to. Let’s just say that our relationship relies on the use of headphones for harmony, definitely can’t tolerate each other’s preferred sound choices. Least so while trying to fall asleep. ... show more

I haven't used them yet, but they seem to be great. There's an admittedly very short charging cable, but everyone has USB-C chords around so that's not a problem. There's one size of ear adapter on the earbuds and two more in the box, so you can adjust to fit instead of just hoping "one size fits most" includes you. Take the plastic off, put the earbuds back in the case, and they instantly start to charge - the case came fully charged! They came with a QR code to follow to register for the warrantee, and unlike most products I've gotten from Amazon this one actually had a working code. My husband took a 3 hour bicycle ride, the Critical Mass Ride in Ft. Lauderdale, and the battery was at 99% when he started and at 94% when he ended. The curved top of the buds work real good. The squishy thing for the ear, he'll need to go up a size because he's afraid of it going out of his ear. The case is handy and charges real nice. ... show more
