I have two pair of these and after a couple of months, I went back to the previous version that was branded by Zagzog. Why two stars (see 'The bad...' below... 😢 The good... 1. Battery life - 10 hours is normal 2. The case has been improved so the top doesn't break off. 3. The case will give about 15 charges before needing to be recharged. 4. The bass is better than the previous version. 5. Most of the time, voice quality is good. 6. They are a bit thinner and lighter than the previous version. The bad... 1. The low volume is fairly loud which makes it hard to keep the audio as background noise during a conversation. 2. The touch buttons are very sensitive to moisture. If wearing anything that touches the ears, the volume will adjust or it will skip forward/back. 3. One pair, the right touch no longer works. In order to turn off, you have to put it in the case. 4. At times, when you pause your music player or audio book, one of the ear buds will silently power off. In order to get audio playing again, you have to power the second bud back on. 5. At times while listening, everything goes silent. The audio still shows to be playing but no sound. A minute or two later, it will say, disconnected followed by connected. Very frustrating. 6. At times, you have to turn bluetooth off for up to two minutes, then back on. If it doesn't reconnect, you have to power off the buds, then power them back on as well. 7. When the battery level shows 60%,i know that the last 50% may last up to 1 hour. With the Zagzog version, it was at 30%. 8. The Bluetooth range is up to 20 feet before cut out. It also will cut out in a pocket, especially if a battery charger is next to it. The Zagzog version would get 30 - 40 feet and was not affected by a pocket or the wind. I have been using Bluetooth normal ear buds, over the ear buds, headphones and Bluetooth sunglasses since 2003 and never had as many issues with a specific type as I have with these. The Zagzog previous version has a couple of issues as well but always work well when using them. I have them on for up to 16 hours in a day which might make me a heavy user. Note: I use the double flange tips which can be found on Amazon (about $6 for 5 pair). In order to charge the earbuds, you have to take it off (see the picture of the case with the top open). They last 1+2 months before the fit around the tip of the bud becomes loose but they are worth the price as they are extremely comfortable and hold much better than any of the tips that come from the manufacturers. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The headphones delivered on everything it said it would. They have good sound quality and last a really long time. I was able to use them a little over 6 hours before they died, they charge in about 1-2. I really like the indicator at the top that shows how much battery life it has. It also functions as a power bank to charge other devices, which was really useful. I was going to work out recently, I usually take my Raycon headphones but my phones battery was low so these turned into my first choice. I would say that in comparison to a "name brand" they are louder and have a more useful box, because it can charge other devices and show the how much charge is left on the power bank. The only thing that the other brand beat it in was comfort, changing the ear cushions out for a different size helped though. They cost less than half of "premium" headphones and I feel like these have a lot of extra features that makes them more versatile. I ended up buying another pair to have one for work and home. *I should note that I did have an issue with one of the sets having a screen display issue, but I contacted the seller and they resolved everything really fast. They were very courteous and great with following up to make sure everything was resolved. So they are great headphones and they also have good customer service. I use these mostly for yard work. Helps that they will not fall off and go under the mower or anything. Sound is good - so far, the battery life is not prohibitive (meaning they don't cut off before my energy level tells me to take a break!).
