To me, a top quality olive oil is similar in some ways to a top quality tequila. You sip it neat and enjoy it. Don't get me wrong, olive oil is wonderful for cooking, added to salads, or similar, but when I consume a really good quality olive oil, I often sip it slowly to enjoy it. Of course, I'm only referring to the good stuff, not the cheaper olive oil that is mass-produced. This olive oil meets that criteria. To my tastebuds, it's a top-quality olive oil, and the "fruity" flavor of fresh olives, really stands out. And because this is an EVOO olive oil, you may discover additional potential benefits as well. As mentioned, this olive oil is also great for cooking, and while I plan to enjoy it neat, I'll also pan sear some fresh salmon in it tomorrow evening for dinner. The product arrived well-protected in something similar to a 750 ml wine bottle. It's a bit of a designer product, endorsed by Bryan Johnson. Yet it's not priced like a boutique, specialty item, and for such a large bottle of top-quality EVOO olive oil, the price is quite a reasonable buy, in my view. Recommended with a 5 star rating.

I use EVOO constantly and am always looking for good quality Olive Oil, so I was excited to try this out! I was not expecting to receive a wine bottle full of it, but I’m really impressed! I wasn’t aware of the Blueprint brand or Bryan Johnson prior to looking more into this product. It’s interesting for sure but even if I won’t likely be taking a spoonful a day, it will elevate your cooking, dressings or better yet, grab that hunk of good Italian bread and enjoy. It arrives in a really gorgeous bottle too if you want to keep it on your counter, although I do believe it is best stored away from the sunlight for best quality.

This Snake Oil EVOO arrived safe and sound and I couldn't wait to try it! Grilled some chicken in it earlier. The first thing I noticed was that it was a little darker and heavier than the type I get from the big box stores. I didn't taste it other than after grilling the chicken in it, so I didn't notice the peppery flavor, but I'm sure it's there. My sense of smell isn't great, so that wouldn't help, but the chicken tasted delicious! Not only that, but that bottle looks cool on the counter! If you're looking for a high-quality EVOO that may have a peppery taste, but makes great grilled chicken, this is the one for you!

I eat olive oil every single day. It's my go to dressing for my daily arugula salad. This olive oil is so tasty, I could drink it. It's silky and a little spicy. Perfect with the peppery arugula. The bottle looks like it would contain a fine wine and is dark enough to protect the polyphenols olive oil is known to have. Heat and light are the 2 things that can destroy the nutritional benefits of olive oil so keep this away from light and in a cool, dry place. It tastes fresh and full bodied like good olive oil should. Price is very reasonable for a quality bottle of single sourced olive oil.

There are olive oils that you only use for cooking because the raw taste is not awesome, and then there are the olive oils that you use raw to dress salads, mozzarella, prosciutto sandwiches, etc. because the oil itself adds such a great flavor. This is one of the latter oils and I would definitely recommend it!

I have been using oil from Greece and Italy. I use it to fry everything even in the wok. This Australian version cooks just as well as the European varieties. I love the health benefit over using vegetable oil.

I don't follow the celebrity associated with this product so my viewpoint is purely for this product being an olive oil. It is obviously a high quality olive oil. It has a fruity flavor with a hint of pepper, lovely aroma. The color is rich and the texture is full bodied. This is one I will reserve for dressing salads and dipping bread rather than risk ruining it with heat. The packaging is unusual, it comes in a dark wine bottle with a cork based T cap. This was enveloped in a honeycombed cardboard sleeve and then placed in a cardboard box. Kudos for keeping plastic to a minimum and where it doesn't touch the product!
