PPM calibration solution is temperature dependent. so it needs to be at 27c degrees in order to get an accurate reading. other solutions I have purchased in the past have a sliding scale on the bottle to show you what to expect at different temperatures. this one does not so was a real pain getting it to temperature. Checked bluelab for any literature on it and their standard answer is "Our meters come pre calibrated.". Not much help there either. Was going to get the hanna solution but this had free prime same day shipping. Didn't get it same day either. total let down. ... show more

The bottle doesn't have a sealed lid and it was just put in a padded mailer. It leaked inside the mailer such that I only got a percentage of the solution that I paid for.
