The media could not be loaded. The size of the mic is great, it looks nice, and the stand is very nice. Audio quality is really good especially when you tweak it a bit in post. I've included some sample audio without and then with noise removal. I'll most likely be switching from a blue spark and audio interface to just this as the audio is good enough and I don't want to deal with so many cables anymore.

In their first product release since announcement of Logitech buying them out, Blue have released the "Yeti Nano" - a smaller partner to the prolific Blue Yeti microphone. The Yeti Nano comes in many cool colors, offers cardioid and omnidirectional pickup patterns, and realtime monitoring at a... confusing price. It's a decent mic, but I feel like better audio setups could be acquired with cheaper and more flexible configurations. Would be a good plug-and-play office/conference mic.

Fantastic microphone for recording and podcasting. I've used a borrowed Yeti for a couple years and it was amazing. When I had to give it back, I looked for an alternative, and this model had just come out. My relatively amateur ear can hear that this is a quality mic with quality sound, and I honestly can't really tell the difference between my recordings with the Yeti and the Yeti Nano. I got a cheap boom mic and am so happy with the results. If you're someone that is looking to up the quality of your sound, but wondering if you need to go 'full Yeti' for the few extra features (extra condenser, a few other sound modes) you probably don't need anything more than this. Plus the form factor is HUGE. It's a lot less obtrusive, and stores much easier. For me there is no appreciable quality difference and a huge gain in practicality for ~30% less than the Yeti.

I've been using a full sized Blue Yeti for years, and love everything about it EXCEPT for the size. The Yeti Nano is PERFECT for my everyday use. The recorded sound is excellent, the size makes it easier to move around on my LyxPro DKR-1 Adjustable Microphone Suspension Scissor Boom Arm, and the Blue Sherpa software controls are pretty handy. This is a great microphone.

A great mic for any purpose but I got Yeti Nano to improve my voice quality on conference calls (e.g. zoom, google meet, MS teams, webex, etc.) I have a windows desktop computer and added a video camera but was unhappy with first several headphone/mic combinations I tried. Finally, the Yeti is a great mic option and I have stopped searching. It has a headphone jack so you can eliminate any chance of feedback from unmatched devices. I'm using KZ ZS10 Pro earbuds plugged into the Yeti headphone jack. Back to the mic--definitely make sure you download the Blue Sherpa app search for it online. The app allows you to control the mic sound, such as gain, cardioid or omni pickup, headphone playback volume, but the coolest feature gives you complete control over sound filters and equalization. I was able to completely eliminate that sound many mics produce which I call "you sound like you are talking from the bottom of a can." (Solution set bass at -2dB, and set a high pass filter at 130 Hz.) Another problem solved with Yeti--conference call attendees would say my voice would breakup. This is just a hunch, but the app has a dedicated analog to digital (ADC) function and I think this means the computer doesn't use an unknown app with a low process priority that causes problems on conf calls, anyway my problem went away. One problem I had was a yellow blinking light on the Yeti; if this occurs you need to make a setting change on the computer. Go to control panel; select "hardware and sound", click sound, a Yeti device will appear under both playback and recording lists. You need to make sure the sample rate setting under advanced properties, is the same for both playback and recording. Change both sample rate settings to 48kHz or 44.1kHz and use the one that keeps the green LED light lit on Yeti. One last note, on conference calls I have been able to use my desktop speakers (instead of headphones) with the Yeti mic and it doesn't seem to cause problems, but watch out for reverb problems.

NOTE: Blue Yeti Microphones are excellent, just not this style called Nano. Their original bigger ones are fantastic. So I bought a new computer and hooked this POS to it. At first everything was good. Where my beautiful silver blue yeti was consistent, sounded amazing and reliable, this crap heap was everything but. Then I used it for a Zoom meeting. The audio would pop to a point where it was loud and high treble, then it would pop into this dulled bass like sound. I downloaded the driver and the new "firmware" for it and it made it worse. After 3 months of screwing around with it, spending over an hour of time reading and researching, I have come up with nothing,. The reddit thread I was reading said, "Well, your only real option is position yourself 45 degrees to the microphone to get a decent level of voice so it doesn't get blown out or too soft. Yeah we are to a point where I have to sit, perfectly still and make sure I am talking at a 45 degree angle. You know what EFF THAT. The audio jack / headphones was a pure waste. Every single time I turned on my computer, I had to run a scan or reinstall drivers to get this to work. Tried different drivers, used different headphones, tried another jack to make sure it is not just the headphones or something. Nope its this POS. WARNING: This is a known issue that they have yet to fix. I am seriously disappointed with this thing. Its much to far along since I purchased it to get my money back so I am just hoping someone can read this and they can save themselves from buying this and @#$% with it for months until they realize its garbage.
