The quality of this table is just ok. It is sturdy but the score board started glitching after one use and will add points randomly. The hand pieces have felt on the bottom which slips off the edges and results in them scraping against the table surface during play unless you're gentle, which my kids aren't. There was one piece missing and after multiple attempts to call the customer service number I gave up. No one answered and it would transfer me from one voice prompt to the next to the next. ... show more

    • Some assembly required, then good
T'was the night before Christmas and the packages were here, An Air Hockey Table with a note: Needs assembly (Oh dear!) Instructions were included and even a tiny wrench But frustration ensued -- the instructions were in French! And we don't speak or read French. With searching on the internet, we were able to locate and print out instructions in English. Assembly wasn't difficult once you studied the diagrams and kept all the nuts and bolts separated in their tiny bags. We did find one nut missing but it didn't seem too essential. The kids, ages 6-8, plus the adults loved it once it was turned on (two batteries required for the electronic scoreboard). The size is best for kids under 12 since the table is small and adults can easily reach to the middle of the table to hit the puck. The quality seems acceptable but since we've only had it a few days, we'll see if it holds up. ... show more

Good size. It's big enough that it is fun to play but small enough to fit easily in the room without taking it over. Not too bad to put together. There was a manufacturer defect with the fan where it turned on, but something was keeping it from spinning. I called the number on the directions and talked to a really nice lady here in the US who had a new one shipped to me very quickly. We did not have any dead spots in the table and the puck moves nicely. The pucks are a little smaller as mentioned, but that made it so you don't need as big a fan so it works. Overall a great value and hours of fun for all. Would buy again. ... show more

    • Scoreboard Doesn't Work- no response from company
UPDATED: since return the item two weeks ago I still have yet to receive my refund. This now being my biggest disappoint thus far, unless they make it right and issue my refund. Disappointed for a few reasons: 1. the scoreboard feature is only working on one side. The other side does not register a point when the puck goes in the goal 2. bad customer service- after a week of trying to contact the company I haven't been able to get someone to answer the phone or return my messages 3. this one was not a big deal to us, but since we've these other issues I feel like it's worth noting that the air hockey table we received was not the one advertised in the picture (still a 5ft table but different graphics) ... show more

I got this for my 9 and 10 year old boys. For the price, its great. I'm not going to fool anyone and say its on par with a pro table, but its great for family fun. My boys love it. Its too low for me but its perfect for them and fun for the whole family.

This worked better than I thought it would. Obviously for the price you are not looking at super sturdy materials. The puck does move across the table well which made us super happy. I feel like the goal holes are a little small and it makes actually beating each other at the game a little more difficult. Other than that it's a good table for the kids. ... show more

Great way to have fun with the kiddo in an arcade fashion without breaking the bank. It's not has sturdy as a full sized arcade/professional machine, but it will easily handle home usage, especially for the price. Assembly was easy. Overall good product.
