I absolutely hate this phone. It has been 3 years since I got my previous phone. It was a BLU. It worked fine and still was except that the battery was draining too quickly. As it was older, there were a couple apps I wanted that it was not compatible with. So, I decided to upgrade. I was happy with BLU and went for another, the one I'm reviewing. The first thing I have problems with is getting the phone to open to my favorites. After 2 months I still can't get it to open to the favorites. I have to finagle with it to get to the favorites. This makes it difficult to get to an important number when I need it quickly. The second thing is the battery. It drains very quickly, far too quickly for a new phone. It takes way too long to recharge. Finally, of the crucial items, it is the operating system. Despite upgrading to a newer OS, I still can't get 2 apps that I really want on it - Costco and Discover. Was a day late and unfortunately it isn't very compatible with Cricket. But it's a great phone plenty of memory came with screen protector and a case it is a bit slow at something's at first.

I looove this phone! My iphone 6 plus crashed and I needed a replacement phone that was fast and would work with my WING (at&t) sim card! I am so impressed! My phone is working fast and has some features my iphone 6 plus does not! Battery life is way awesome too! Not the best smartphone out there but its definitely the best smartphone you can buy with a retail price tag of $60 of course this is just my personal opinion. I have no complaints you get what you pay for! Do not expect anything fancy for $60! Its a great buy for a basic smartphone
