The installation is simple, works as expected, however, once the circuit is tripped, the breaker is gone and needs to be replaced. From safety perspective, it’s great, but to be practical, it’s expensive to keep replacing the breaker.

Eaton breakers are expensive and not easy to find locally. I’ve bought this disconnect many times for the breaker alone. For myself it’s been the easiest and fastest way to get this particular breaker.

well like several people have written it's a very tight box especially working with 6 gauge wire. it takes some patience some strong needle nose pliers. I only gave it 4 stars because the space is so tight, particularly if you come in the left side like I did... you can barely reach the negative ground mounting. I ended moving it over a 1/2" so I could tighten down the washer nut. ... show more

The dimensions of the Box are a bit smaller than other brands I happen to like that idea in this instance as I had to secure it to a fence 4 x 4 post it worked out fine it's just a little tight giving all the wires in there correctly overall good product

    • 100s of complaints online! Bad product!
Breaker overheated, trips constantly, said would replace but warranty replacement 3 months wait minimum, plus took 7 calls to het that far! Eaton has terrible customer care! Dont get it, 100s of complaints online for this model all same ghing breaker overheats. Could cause fire! Bad product!
