These are super nice quantum board style lights using a thick aluminum heat sink, Samsung lm301b diodes and a Meanwell driver. Was able to pick these up for $176 each with the extra coupon which is crazy cheaper then the the Spider Farmer brand. Picked up 2 of the SG2000's and couldn't be happier. They are a much nicer build quality then the Mars Hydro TS600's I have and honestly are right up with the SF lights for quality. Main difference I can see between the Bloomspect and the SF is that the edges of the aluminum heat sink are nicer on the SF and it has more diodes then the Bloomspect. For the price difference I would go with these over the SF. ... show more

I literally have ZERO complaints or issues with this light, I have 3 more (different styles) wait, I take that back i do have ONE issue with this which is I SHOULD'VE BOUGHT 2!!! They're now either sold out or don't make them anymore which is a big dang ol' shame because I'm actually looking for another light.. Guess I'll get 2 1000's then lol ... show more

The light overall pulls ONLY 180w with a standard 120v North American plug. The light is bright but not as bright as advertised. Really surprised seller can list this model for sale in the U.S. as 200w when it’s clearly marked 180w. The meanwell driver used is a lower end model that gets extremely hot to touch after a couple of hours of use. Other, better, lights use the meanwell 240H series while this is just 240 series. The heat sink is a flat piece of aluminum. The aluminum does not have a ribbed heat sink attached. It is just a flat piece that gets around 65 degrees Celsius with routine use. Overall pretty disappointed in the board. At these temperatures the LEDs will fail much earlier than expected. Worst case scenario is the board falls during a critical grow period. ... show more
