The only problem with this device is that it needs to be plugged in, the batteries are not strong enough to use this device. It comes with a usb cable but no plug, I need to use my own plug. Not sure why they wouldn’t include that with the unit. All cuffs are very nice and the unit works very well and easy to use.

Product came over night as advertised! (I have prime and a center is behind my house). The device came in with a carrying pouch. Easy to set up easy to use. Didn’t come with batteries as advertised. Other then that fantastic device! It comes with a type C chord if you don’t have AAA batteries in the house!

I know you are panicked right now. But take the time to buy a good machine. This one will bruise your arms if you don't get in on exactly right. You can take your BP when you are in pain and that's about it. You have to PAY MONEY to return it. So pain, more money, sadness. You already have high blood pressure. Do you need this too? No, no you do not. You can get this XXXX thing for $6 other places and throw it away for less than returning this product. I'm so disappointed.
