No need to buy a more expensive set, great for any woodworker, novice and advanced alike. If you're in the market and don't want to spend the money on the more expensive red type of set, these are for you. Build quality is great and after all 1/4 inch is a 1/4 inch ect. And the case is nice for the price.

These blocks are excellent for setting my table saw and my router table for the precision cuts needed for bee space in building and repairing my Honeybee equipment. They are built very sturdy and measurements are very exact, every block marked in 1/32". Blocks can be stacked and I use them to duplicate cuts on boxes I purchased for those I am building. Markings are scribed into the blocks to last and are very easy to see. I love this set and it is well worth what I paid for it.

Nice set of blocks. I have found them accurate so far. I do wish the 1x2x3 block had a 3/16" notch and the pencil does not work very well, but I didn't buy it for the pencil. Overall, I'm happy with them.

I bought these to help with setting up router bits, but I have been using them for a lot of other things. They make a great mortise gauge. Well made, nicely etched, durable case. I would absolutely buy this again.

I make miniatures and these are perfect for measuring, squaring, and clamping my tiny projects. The measuring lines are easy to see, and I love that they’re marked on more than one side. The case also makes storing them tidy. In the photo, I’m using two blocks to square and stabilize chair seats and legs while gluing.
