I came here automatically after I installed it to shutdown all the negative feed back no more having to change batteries first blink to come with a siren which I’ve always thought about in the back of my mind 2k resolution which Amazing and the zoom of this product and image quality is no other when I took it out the box I was worried cause of how small it is but don’t be fooled has flood light motion activated and the panoramic view people must not be installing it right because my view is awesome by far the best product by blink and it does 60 second clips and not only that I have out door 4s and the new head to toe camera when I go to see a live clip they no lie suck but when I click on this arc camera the live feed loads in seconds best blink product at a crazy cheap price for being a brand new release I would have bought this before my outdoor 4s

Arc is two separate cameras and no matter how many times you follow their set up instructions it does not work as 180 degree view. Remains two separate camera. You’ll need time to trouble shoot with their customer service.

I recently when first released purchased 8 of these "Blink Arc" camera setups to upgrade my exterior home Security and it was a GAME CHANGER untill recent software update issues .. When placed perfectley in the correct locations of your homes exterior design it covers every angle so nothing moves without you seeing it ..Adding one to every side of your house near windows if you have them running the cord through the window to power outlet INSIDE .. You will be able to see one end of the street to the other & one end of the yard to the other end covered You will need to generate extra light in low light areas if you choose to put them in those locations .. I use usbc power bank led lights to give them the extra infrared boost they need for full COLOR mode to avoid black & white imaging at night time 🌙 .. The new software update w/ A.I. event notification description broke my camera system causing them to pick up EVERYTHING that moves & not just PERSON or VEHICAL detection ONLY wich prior to the update was working flawlessley ... I did everything support said to do resetting my internet , resetting the cameras , resetting the sync modules & even bought an addition new Blink Arc and it had the same issue ... The camera video quality is great in 2k video and built in spotlight allows you to pulse spotlight an intruder to let them know you see them or light up an area of your yard like a traditional out door motion sensor light or use the voice function to talk to your family or pets or warn a possible intruder you got eyes on him Or use the blink mini 2k camera in bedrooms to randomly turn on a spotlight in your house in different areas to make it look like someone is home and turning on lights When using these combined with the battery powered options & outdoor cameras wich when upgrading my system I began to relocate them in random interior & sub exterior areas with little movment & shuffling them around randomly to different locations help keep my system as unpredictable as possible .. Battery powered cameras combined with these Blink Arcs is a wise move to keep ur energy bill lower as no need to be plugged in everywhere inside when you have your entire exterior fully covered now every angle .. Using blinks others products combined with the Arc adds a second & third layer of protection when placed wisely indoors & sub exterior areas Untill they fix the software update so my person & vehical detection work again I cannot give it 5 stars as I intended to do but I wanted to wait and test these out awhile first before giving a review .. If they fix the A.I. update this is a 5 star product for sure simple & on point setup features The pics I'm submitting shows a unwanted potential intruder or scout "scouting" my house for potential vulnerabilities walking back and forth trying to watch my camera infrared light timers to try to get around them that u can constantly change the timers on to throw off potential burglers / home intruders ... But I can no longer catch them currently moving near my property because of the software issues not allowing person & vehical detection only .. And to have all motion on 24/7 is going to cost you ALOT of money on your electric bill I know first hand ... That's why all these blink Arcs will remain turned off all motion disabled & unarmed collecting dust untill they fix this issue It was such a peace of mind knowing when not home.. Only People or Vehicals would ONLY be detected so I could know if anything is actually going on I needed to be alerted about immidietley around my property .. The pictures I'm submitting show me catching a scout aka potential home invader monitoring my property walking back & forth at night in front of my home for no good reason while I was away and imidierley hit him with the strobe spotlight feature letting him know I had eyes on him ... And the guy cutting through my yard looking around my house hitting him with flashing pulsating light randomly is clutch in the moments needed .. I will give 5 stars 🌟 instead of 3 stars 🌟 once you guys fix the software so my camera system I invested alot of money into begins working as advertised once again .. I feel my SECURITY is at risk leaving home with no exterior cameras on because of this issue only using LIVE view because of 24/7 motion now being detected picking up EVERYTHING & not the IMPORTANT moments you need to be alerted about on the spot when u need it ..

Purchased this unit for a stand-alone garage. The two camera panoramic view was perfect for the space, gave me exactly the view I was looking for. Unit and two cameras were easy to set up. The problems, 1) one camera has a darker view than the other camera, so when looking at the view in the app during certain times, there is a distinct split in the total view, seems to be a common problem as many of the pictures shown in reviews of the product on Amazon’s website, shows this “split” view. 2.) about 90% of the time, when I try to access this unit through the Blink app, it will not show the camera view, the circle just spins and spins never completing the connection. Camera records and works fine, with no problem accessing clips it takes, but just cannot access it most the time in the app. I do not have this problem with another Blink camera mounted in the same garage about 20 ft away from Panoramic Unit, it works flawlessly.
