First of all, it’s a 68 oz large capacity pitcher which can prepare juice serving 6 to 8 people for my entire family. In Florida, we have longer summer hours, so it’s always great to have ice-cold smoothies regardless of whether it's morning, afternoon and evening. This blender is very powerful to blend vegetables, fruits, milk, and ices into smoothies, milk shakes, juices, baby food and meat purees. In fact, I’d like to order another one for my senior mother living in NYC. A blender is more useful if it has high power. It can crush common fruits and ice. This blender has high power, 1800 watts, large capacity, 68oz, very efficient, and good quality. It is sturdy, durable, and easy to clean. It is a must-have appliance in summer!

Poorly made with cheap construction. It has a satisfying, loud roar, but you have to continually stop blending to move ingredients around as the blade twirls and twirls. I’m skeptical this lasts one year before it breaks.

I use this blender and it does what it is supposed to do. Mostly use it for smoothies and it crushes ice like a champ. Threw in some frozen fruit and it blended up smooth with no chunks, which is what I was hoping for. It is pretty loud though, sounds like a lawnmower on turbo when it is running, but hey, it gets the job done fast. The pitcher is big, like really big. Good if you are making stuff for a few people or just one really hungry dude. I like that it is dishwasher safe because I am not about that hand-washing life. The lid fits on tight which is nice so you do not end up with smoothie on your ceiling. It also has these little knobs you turn for different speeds and a pulse thing. I usually just hit one and go. Now, it is heavy. Like if you drop this thing on your foot, game over. It also takes up a decent chunk of counter space so if your kitchen is small, might be kinda annoying. Still, it looks pretty cool sitting there, not like some cheap plastic junk. Feels solid and does not wiggle all over the place when it is running. All in all, it is solid. Makes good drinks, does not blow up, and easy to clean. Not perfect but does what I need and looks like it can last a while. ... show more
