cute, simple, rewarding build
Style: Series 3
I chose series 3 (the food-themed set), so my photos and review specifically concern that variation. This is a really cute petite building set. You get to build six Hello Kitty minifigures, and they're even officially-licensed. BLDR makes good-quality building bricks, and this set reflects that quality. The six minifigures are: Hello Kitty with a pie, Kuromi with a pepperoni pizza, Pompompurin with a coffee and croissant, Chococat with a sandwich, My Melody with a frothy latte, and Tuxedosam with a whipped-cream topped hot cocoa (the cocoa and latte may actually be some sort of ice cream concoctions, but they look like beverages to me, so that's what I'm going with). Each character is mounted on a colorful star-shaped piece. Each character is in its own separate plastic bag. The pieces fit together well (good clutch), and they're standard-size (and thus compatible with the major brand). The arms move on all the characters except Chococat, and three of the six have heads that move (the other three have one-piece bodies). Each features a food item that mounts beside them, except for Pompompurin, who holds his items (Kuromi can hold her pizza pan, or it can be mounted beside her). All of the minifigures have the hands that can hold things like handles, so you can rotate the accessories between them (or use accessories from other standard-size sets). I was missing no pieces and had 6 spares. I'm perfectly happy to have spares of good-quality bricks, because they can go straight into my brick stash. The full-color instructions are on a single fold-out sheet that's printed front and back. This is a simple, no-fuss set, so these basic instructions suffice. They are very easy to follow, and everything is perfectly clear. The only issue I had was with Pompompurin-- it's hard to fit his items into his hands without snapping his arms off (they click back in easily, fortunately). I snapped the first arm off accidentally, causing it to fly across the room. I snapped the second one out on purpose, having discovered that it was much easier to put the items in his hands with the arms detached. The assembly process is enjoyable, and the payoff of display-ready figures is a great payoff. Younger builders will also have fun using these minifigures in building brick playsets. You can easily detach the figures from their star-shaped stands and play with them elsewhere. Adult builders will find that the characters display well and are perfect for desks, shelves, etc. Because you can enjoy these in so many ways, I think they're a good value. I also appreciate that they're officially licensed, and the good quality is reflected in the price. The figures are smooth to the touch and pleasing to look at. I think the 8+ age recommendation is accurate.

Adorable Set for Sanrio Fans and Collectors
Style: Series 1
The BLDR Hello Kitty and Friends Minifigures 6-Pack is pure charm in a box. This Amazon exclusive set includes Hello Kitty, Cinnamoroll, Pompompurin, My Melody, Keroppi, and Kuromi—all instantly recognizable and full of personality. Each figure stands about 2 inches tall and has a smooth, high-quality finish with bright, accurate colors that match the characters perfectly. The details are impressive for the size—facial expressions are crisp, and the sculpting is clean with no rough edges or visible paint flaws. They’re solid enough for light play, but I see them more as display pieces for shelves, desks, or themed collections. As a gift, this set is a winner. The packaging is colorful and ready to wrap, and because it’s an Amazon exclusive, it feels a little more special for fans who like rare items. For older kids, teens, or adult collectors, it’s a fun way to bring Sanrio favorites together in one set. Pros: • Includes 6 beloved Sanrio characters in one pack • Bright, accurate colors and clean paintwork • Solid build quality for display or light play • Amazon exclusive adds collectibility Cons: • Figures are small and not articulated • Best suited for older kids and collectors, not rough play Bottom line: A delightful, well-made set that’s perfect for Sanrio lovers of any age. Whether displayed together or gifted to a fan, these mini figures are guaranteed to bring smiles.

Cute BLDR characters
Style: Series 1
These BLDR Hello Kitty and Friends by Jazwares characters are so cute! There's six figures to build yourself. The figures are individually wrapped up so you know what parts go with each. It took my child a few minutes to get building. They snap together easily and stay together well. The colored picture instructions are helpful. My children are so pleased playing with these and having the option to create new characters by mixing up the pieces. They're great quality and value for money. We're going to enjoy them for a long time. Beautiful and fun.

Great quality, must buy for Hello Kitty and brick fans
Style: Series 2
Great quality, beautiful molds. Heads on balljoints, nice articulation. For this price, totally worth it. Simple instruction page (folded and in colour, like old Lego instructions) included. I love the icecream prints and build. Of course compatible with Lego, strong clutch power.

Super Cute Figures!
Style: Series 1
This figure set is super cute. The figures are easy to assemble, and the colors are vibrant. The figures are in scale with regular minifigures, so they are suitable for adding to your brick world or displaying on their own. Some of the desserts were a little unusual to build and do not interact with other sets well. The arms on the figures are small and delicate, making it difficult for them to hold anything. Pompom especially is fragile, one wrong move compromising his arm while almost breaking his hollow body. I am an adult and was treating the figures gently, so they might not stand up to the rougher play of childhood. Cinnomoroll is the most durable, and is easy to attach to other brick sets. That said, this is still a very cute and affordable figure set to add Hello Kitty magic to your world. With tons of personality and playtime potential, these super cute figures are sure to make you smile.

Cuteness Overload
Style: Series 1
I got this BLDR Hello Kitty and Friends minifigure set for my girls for spring break and they are over the moon! They keep reaching for this set to play with every single day. All 6 Sanrio characters are adorable, come in vibrant colors, and each comes with its own cute accessory. They're perfect for pretend play. My girls gave them voices and are having so much fun with them. They've been playing with them nonstop for the past two weeks. They're sturdy, fun, charming, and the size is just perfect for their small hands. Definitely worth buying and great for gifting as well!
