Photos were taken on a clear night, camera has locked exposure, white balance, and ISO. The Blazer LEP and Modlite OKW both have a fully charged 18650 battery. The pictures speak for themselves; the LEP is disappointing. It seems to have slightly more range than the OKW but doesn't illuminate well enough at long range to be useful. If the LEP could truly illuminate targets at 500-800 yards it would be fine, but it seems limited to 300, which the wider beam OKW excels at. The LEP has too narrow and too dim of a beam, making target acquisition difficult. You can forget illuminating anything close up like in a structure; that's not the intended purpose of the LEP, but it's something the OKW does passably. I'm not impressed. The LEP does not live up to the marketing and I will be sending it back. ... show more

If you need a light to reach out for great distances, this light head is what you need! With a highly concentrated beam, it’s easy to identify a threat from safe distance! I’m pretty sure they’re not lying on the 315,000 candela because the beam reaches out well past 300 yards!
