I bought this for my daughter's room in the basement. We had the fan for a week before had a guest come stay with us. The remote was misplaced. I have messaged Amazon, and the manufacturer. There is no replacement remote, and the buttons on the front of the fan don't work like the remote. The manufacturer told me to wait a couple weeks and then look for a replacement remote, but here I am 6 months later and there's still no replacement option. It doesn't even work without the remote. If I use the buttons on the machine it turns on, whistles and shuts itself off. I am so disappointed, because the other reviews were decent!! Don't waste your money on this. ... show more

    • Burnt plastic
I got this product yesterday Sunday and I’m returning it tomorrow Tuesday because when you use the heat function on the fan, it smells like burnt plastic and you have this natural fear that is gonna just burst into flames. Now the fan function on it works pretty fine but also they sent a remote for this fan that came with a dead battery and the back for the remote won’t stay pushed in now for a fan that cost over $200 you would think that they would have a working battery And a working remote and a fan that doesn’t smell like it’s about to burst in the flames. ... show more

    • Buy a Dyson not a knock off
It's OK. But spend the extra money get a Dyson not this sorry knock off. It shuts off randomly. The remote works marginally.

Maybe it’s due to the bladeless feature but the strongest setting is 10 and it feels like a vent on an airplane is stronger. Loved the remote and the features and very easy to put together. Wouldn’t have spent more than $100 though

Defective product... don't purchase! The heating coil in the plastic arms not only burst through the back with very little use, it could have caused a fire.

The media could not be loaded. I have a hard time sleeping without a window open with cool fresh air blowing across me, but this is not always possible. I really love this air amplifier because it does for me what an open window does. It's super quiet (video demonstrates all nine fan speeds). It also looks much nicer than a regular fan, and is super safe for pet paws and young fingers. I would definitely recommend this, with a 5-Star rating for a quality product. ... show more

    • Oscillating noise
Quiet fan except when oscillating. Made a clicking noise and did not oscillate smoothly. Quiet was important to us, so we returned it. Functioned well otherwise.
