This thing is COOL. It works well, but if you're in the USA, the language option is English Great Britain. There are US options for the keyboard, etc. the device is usable this way however I rather chose English US, because some apps or programs when installing will reflect you're using GB English as opposed to English US. Using powershell I was able to fanagle English US. But the option is still greyed out and in usable like it should be, however I got Windows to still reflect English US, using powershell. Took my some time on Google in order to get that working. I suspect this is a licensing issue and the pre installed windows 11 is not licensed for The US version of English. I emailed support, they either didn't understand me or don't understand their product, they weren't helpful initially and I didn't want to go back n forth with them. I've seen some people post reviews saying they got new activation keys that allowed US English to be picked. I also had to uninstall office and reinstall because the version that was on there appeared to be a multi language version and I didn't need office in 5 different languages. I also obviously needed to acquire a license for Office, but that is NOT a manufature or product issue, it's just feedback I'm mentioning. Overall can this be a use right out the box, sure. But for the USA people, it really is NOT. Additionally this thing should have WiFi 6 not WiFi 5 still and it's not an easy box to open to just swap out the WiFi card. It's possible but I didn't want to deal with it. This was a gift for my father, he'll make do with AC WiFi. If I was keeping this for myself for little projects, I would open it and upgrade the WiFi but it would be a pain.

This is small but works better than my older computer you just need to add external hard drive if you wanted more space to store your files. This mini pc comes with power cable, hdmi cable, users manual and a small wall/table mount. This is easy to set up and comes with a windows 11 Pro, i just go to Microsoft Store and downloaded more free apps and games that i needed. I got this to serve as an extra pc in my home office so my grade schooler daughter can practice her typing and some basic computer stuff. This is small and doesn't takes to much space so perfect to put it over or under your table you can use the mount that comes with it. There are 3 HDMI ports for monitor, 2 Internet Ports if you want wired internet, 1audio jack port for your headphone or speakers and 3 USB ports for your mouse and keyboard. I need 5 USB ports so i just used a portable external USB hub. If you want to use your TV as a monitor you just need to adjust the display resolution. So far this mini PC works fine, online Microsoft Office works good, streaming videos and browsing the internet you can use it wireless or wired, if you play low profile online games much better to connect it with wired internet not the wifi feature coz its faster that way.

I was skeptical about buying a mini-PC but wanted an inexpensive way to upgrade to Windows 11 Pro. I have been nothing but impressed with this computer. Great performance, no noise, and plenty of connections. The placement of some of the connections is a bit inconvenient but necessitated by the form factor of the unit. If you use a TV as your monitor, connecting to an HDMI ARC port on the TV will give you sound without needing to use the separate audio connection.

Initially, Windows would not activate stating the product key was already used on another device. I messaged Blackview through Amazon link to Product support and sent a separate email with my Amazon order # directly to the "hardware and software" issue email address noted by the seller. I will update with the response & resolution time. UPDATE: Message sent to seller's hardware/software email address was answered in 24 hours with an active license prod key which worked. I would not let the initial error sway your thoughts on a purchase decision due to the speedy resolution. I have not put the computer through much testing, but so far I love the speed and the small footprint.

I have an old laptop in a docking station which I use as a desktop machine. It's too old to update to Windows 11 and the fan is very noisy. I bought this Mini PC to replace it. Installation and activation was flawless. I'm using it with dual monitors. The only minor downside is that it has only 3 USB ports. I need at least 5 to connect a keyboard/mouse dongle, conference speaker/microphone, camera, label printer, and an external drive. Fortunately I had a hub which give me all the ports I need. Be aware that on initial boot you'll need to press num lock on your keyboard to get the number pad to work. Once everything is set up in the end it will remain locked. I would not hesitate to recommend this for normal non-gaming desktop needs at this price point.
