Easy to slide on, doesn't slide. I love all of the colors, but I really love how the original, brushed looks on my finger the best. I'm gonna only use these when I'm working out. Ultimately a great product for ring scratch protection. **I wear a size 7 for reference**

I like how it has the hole and not just a notch because sometimes when your moving your fingers a lot it can kinda slide, and thats not a this item issue that just happens with every band, but I like being able to see that its moved and needs readjusting! With just the notch, it can get moved and you might not know, so you might not have the ring on right. Very slim fit and works great.
