I don’t know what everyone doesn’t like these. They stick just fine. There are two plastic sides you have to remove both. I would recommend and buy again. Saving my ring front being damaged. Sure it’s thin, you can’t tell it’s there.

I bought these to protect my wife's Oura Ring, and she's been happy with them and how they fit the ring. We had previously tried the silicone sleeve style of protector, and the difference is significant. The film is thin enough that you barely notice it's there, while the silicone sleeves added noticeable bulk and changed how the ring felt on her finger. Installation was straightforward. The film wraps around the outer surface of the ring and adheres smoothly without visible bubbles or lifting at the edges. Once applied, it's essentially invisible, which matters for something you wear constantly. The protection holds up well against everyday wear. The ring contacts surfaces throughout the day, and the film prevents the minor scratches and scuffs that would otherwise accumulate on the titanium or ceramic finish. After several weeks of daily use, the film still looks clean and hasn't started peeling. For anyone debating between film protectors and the thicker silicone covers, the film is the better choice if your priority is maintaining the ring's original look and feel while still guarding against surface damage. The silicone offers more cushioning if you're worried about impacts, but most Oura users probably just want scratch prevention without adding bulk. This delivers that.

I am glad to have the option of "invisible" ring covers instead of the bulky silicone covers that have been available before. These are easy to apply but I am just not convinced the fit is right. I got the correct size for my size 9 Oura ring, Gen 4. Application is pretty straightforward with pulling tabs and laying flat. The clear film looks fine on the ring except for the seam area which has substantial overlap that separates easily and gets dirt and oils trapped under. Once that happens the cover is done. I trimmed the second one before application but the edges still want to lift. I'm on my third cover and none have lasted for over 6-7 days. While each film is not expensive I feel that they are not a great value for the money if they need to be replaced weekly or more. Perhaps what I dislike most is that the cover is just a half millimeter too wide for the ring so it creates harsh edges that rub my fingers all day. I had been trimming a sheet of no-heat laminating plastic for my ring prior to ordering these protectors and while that is tedious the results are better and last much longer.

This product was very easy to put on. The green tabs make it simple to separate instead of having to finagle with your nail. So it's planning of ease and manufacturing is splendid quality. It's durable and takes all the scratches and dinks like a champ. It even holds if I accidently get the ring wet! It fits multiple sizes of rings and doesn't bulk it up or make it look thick at all. Actually, I can't even tell it's on there. It feels smooth to the touch like you just bought the ring. A very good value, in my opinion. A wonderful protective cover that you don't have to keep wondering if it's gonna peel. Though if it does, it comes with four, so it should last a good while.
