Interesting Concept That Works—Just Be Gentle and Keep It Moving!
This is definitely an unusual skincare gadget, but once you get past the learning curve, it’s an odd device in a good way. The biggest thing anyone buying this needs to know right out of the gate: do not stop moving it across your skin. Like any facial vacuum, if you let it sit in one spot for even a second or two, it will pull blood to the surface and leave red marks or bruises. Start on the lowest suction setting, use a light hand, and keep it gliding across your face. A few honest takeaways from using it: * The warm compress feature: This is easily the best part of the device. The heated plate on the back warms up quickly and really helps loosen things up and open pores before you ever start using the suction. It makes a noticeable difference compared to going in cold. * The water-hydration mode: It definitely feels a bit strange at first having water circulating while suctioning, and it takes a session or two to get used to the sensation. That said, I do think the moisture helps the tip glide more smoothly over the skin and cuts down on the dry friction you usually get with standard pore vacuums. * Suction and attachments: The suction is plenty strong—honestly stronger than you might expect, which is why starting low is critical. Having multiple tip shapes is handy for navigating tighter spots like around the nose versus flatter areas of your face. It feels a bit experimental compared to traditional pore strips or dry vacuums, but it does extract oil and debris effectively if you treat it with respect. Several modes for specific skin customization
I am in esthetician and I love trying new products of all different price ranges. I purchased the blackhead remover vacuum hot compress. My first initial reaction was in amazement of how much pressure the suction has. This handy little tool works in conjunction with water and pressure to extract impurities from the pores and blemishes. You actually have to be careful not to let the suction grab too much skin. The warming function will soften the skin to solidify the impurities within the pores for easier extraction. This is a very effective and expensive tool. There is three suction levels and six probes so you can customize what feels best for your skin. Used caution at first as this tool is very powerful and we'll need to take a little getting used to. I was actually quite impressed with this tool at such a reasonable price point.

Good for spot treatments
The instructions make sense and this is easy to setup. it was not easy to move around the face but the suction was pretty good. So it does work for spot treatments as stated. It suctioned more of a medium level for me and not a sharp or painful level at all. The charging was super easy. It comes with all of the parts you need. The size is easy to hold in hand.

Cordless USB-C charging and cool blue light design
The USB-C rechargeable cordless design is great for travel. I also like the blue light on the clean and waste water tanks. It can show the working status at a glance. No complicated apps or settings needed. I haven’t received or tested the machine, but I’m interested in this skincare gadget for home facial care.

Multiple suction heads and adjustable suction levels look practical
I notice this device comes with 6 interchangeable suction heads and 3 suction strengths for different skin types. Gentle mode for sensitive skin and strong mode for oily congested skin. The one-button design seems really simple to operate. I haven’t bought this unit, I’m still comparing different pore cleansing tools before deciding.

This device warms your skin to open up your pores before sucking out the crud
I chose the Siangyueglow blackhead remover vacuum for my teenage daughter as she tends to struggle with her skin. She was a little skeptical to use it at first, but now really likes it. It took a little figuring out how to use the different features as the instructions are lacking a little bit. Nonetheless, we figured it out. It’s easy to add filtered water, and I love the warming feature as it helps to open up your pores. There are also different tips to use depending on which part of your skin you’d like to focus on. As for the suction, it does a good job clearing clogs out of your pores, even on the lowest setting. There are three settings so if you need to, you can increase the suction. It’s also easy to clean out the device after you’re finished with your skin care. This product uses a standard USB-C for charging, and the charge seems to last for quite a while. After use my My Daughter skin felt smooth. The device didn’t agitate or bother her skin at all. I think this is a nice addition to her skin care routine although now I have to worry about how much extra time she spends in the bathroom, lol Good value for a solid, effective product

Love the warm compress and hydration feature
I’ve tried pore strips before and they never work well for my blackheads. This vacuum has 46°C warm compress to open pores plus a built-in water-oxygen hydration system. It doesn’t just extract gunk; it also keeps skin moisturized. I haven’t purchased it yet, but this feature makes it stand out from regular blackhead removers.
