The product works really well when used as instructed. You need to make sure your pores are open from a steamer or right after a hot shower to maximize the efficiency of the vacuum. make sure to start at the lowest setting and go on from there to avoid damaging your skin. I use it a couple of times a week and really noticed the difference. Compared to the single use strips, this is a better option in my opinion, as you only buy it once and there is almost no maintenance involved. This vacuum is charged via provided micro-usb cable and the battery lasts for a long time. I have not had to charge it yet and used it multiple times over the past several weeks. No issues with the suction power of the vacuum either, and my skin didn't suffer abnormal reactions/damage to it. Quality of the product is excellent, and it seems like it will last me for many years. Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with it. Between price, adjustability, quality and product performance, this product has it all and quickly became a part of my skin care routine. I am highly satisfied!
