It's simple, but by no means lacking in helping you do exactly what it is designed to do....help you stretch. The instructions are simple, yet clear and precise. I was able to do all 12 stretches on the first try, although at beginner levels. The strap is made of very good material and is thoughtfully designed. I love the price, anyone can afford one of these and you can use it for years. As you get better and better, the used of the strap can grow with you. I also feel good about buying from a family owned business. Since I bought two colors, I'll post the same review here: This product is a high quality stretching band that is lengthy, durable, and convenient. It has several loops stitched throughout the rope and holds up well when pulling hard. It also comes with a nice little note from the seller, and most of all, a booklet that provides instructions on stretches and health safety. I find it to be considerate and thoughtful, and I'm glad I got my girlfriend and I one. It also arrived fast, but the priority is the product over the shipping speed, so I deem it a plus!     • STURDY BUT TOO SLIPPERY

This strap is constructed exactly the same as the one used by my physical therapist. So I'm pleased with it in that regard. What I'm not pleased with is the fabric that is used, which is slippery, so when I do stretching exercises with it, it slides around on my foot instead of gripping it. When I'm doing stretch exercises, I want to feel secure that the strap isn't going to slide off, and I don't with this strap. ... show more

This is basically a webbing strip that is folded over and stitched every 8 inches or so, providing loops to grab while stretching. It works quite well, but the quality isn't quite what I expect from this company. Additionally, considering what it is, I think it's a bit over-priced.

I ordered this for stretches for my legs and lower back. While the included pamphlet had a few stretches listed, I had my own plan, so I haven't used the guide at all. The band itself is incredibly useful for the purpose(s) I need it for and I like the loops along the length of it that I use to get a longer or shorter stretch and various parts of the body. Very solidly made, I have bought a couple of el Cheapos in the past which have broken at the worst time. This strap is very,very solidly made. I use it mainly to stretch a rebuilt and rehabbed shoulder that has to be stretched regularly. The eight separate loops are large enough to fit a foot into if need be. Perfect for helping me stretch and we also use it to tie up our yoga mat. Just reach through the end loop and grab higher up the strap, pull through the loop and you have a 'loop'. Do that at both ends and you can secure your yoga mat while not in use, with a handy shoulder strap!
