This product is just sticky black paint. It didn’t repair my leather rip at all. It just painted it black. It’s not even sticky enough to close the gash and the baking paper is just paper it does nothing. Horrible.

It's a sticky paint like substance, that works! I repaired two small tears in my husband's favorite leather jacket. it does dry with a duller appearance than the leather, and I tried to match the color accurately enough, couldn't get an exact match but. but it conceals the tears well. (small tears 1-3 inches, (only a small spot with leather missing) . Instead of tears they just look like small smudges or stains. ... show more

I had a crack forming in my seat. This product definitely filled it. Just mixed, applied and allow to dry. I did apply two applications. Please use vinyl gloves to keep your hands clean and the area you're working on. Trust me I had to learn the hard way. But it definitely worked!!!

Unfortunately, this leather repair set didn’t do much for my cracked leather car seats. The cracks remained visible, and the leather repair cream didn’t seem to blend well. It also took a really long time to dry and was easily transferred onto my clothing and other objects it came in contact with. This would have worked better if it included a leather texture stamp to help it blend more seamlessly with the leather. The color was fine for my black leather seats, but it did end up looking a bit more glossy than the rest of the leather, which made it noticeable.
