I have energy and Im in a good mood more days than not. I dont know what they did to make them taste as good as they do, but they are wonderful. I hope to try some others like the estrogen (in menopause stages) and maybe the probiotic. My mom tried that one and she said it cleaned her out first few days, so it must work well. So far so good! I enjoy these gummy vitamins a little too much! They are very tasty but extremely sweet! I take them throughout the day but you can take them all at once and not have any stomach issues at least for me I haven't had any. The only side of effect is that you eat more! They are easy to chew and I believe the D3 has been working I tend to get little gloomy on gloomy days and when I take these I honestly feel a mood boost could be psychological but I will continue to take them.
