    • The temperature control is not inside ..its at the back.

I just received this product. In the description the temperature control was said to be inside the unit. But it's not. Its at the back of the unit which makes no sense because if the unit is placed in a cabinet space you have to move the unit when you want to change temperature settings. Also there is not temperature range settings..it just goes from red to white..so you don't know what temperature is set. Also I am trying to reverse the door and the top hinge cover is hard to remove without breaking the tabs off. I will keep it and see how it works and update my review. Update to my Review. I've had the cooler for about 2 months now. It makes a gurgling noise sometimes but it's not so bad. But it's keeping my wine and other drinks real cold as I want it. They must have redesigned this product, because half of its touted features are a lie on the one they sent me. The buttons on the front are decorative only. Per questions asked to the seller and the video along with the product, temperature control is in 3 different places. But for me, there is NO temperature control anywhere. Locked in at 48 degrees (F). The Blue LED light does not work, and given the state of this product, I question if it ever worked when it left the factory. This was a gift for my wife for Christmas. I ordered it in November 2021. once it arrived, early, I hid it until Christmas Day. upon unpacking it, she noticed it arrived damaged. Needless to say, it kinda bumbed me out as I didn't think of checking out the unit before hiding it. I was more concerned in surprising her. I called Customer Service at AMAZON, mind you, it was Christmas day just pass Midnight, and the representative who handled my call was very kind and sympathetic. he processed the exchange without issue. We purchased this model because we have a very specific place in our kitchen where a wine fridge will fit and this was the correct size. I am fully aware that you get what you pay for and was not expecting anything incredible from this product. Lo and behold, it lived up to my expectations. It is fine for what it is but, as other reviews have suggested, it only has one temperature: cold. It has a dial that claims to have a “red” and “white” setting, which I assumed was a temperature gauge for red and white wines, but the temperature is the same no matter how you turn the dial (if you are particular about having your reds kept at room temperature, you do not want this fridge) so maybe red and white means something different. Some reviews have also mentioned a noise it makes. The only noise I’ve noticed is a clicking sound when it’s turning on and off as the temperature changes. If you live in a studio apartment or plan to have the fridge in your bedroom, that could get annoying, but it isn’t too bad in our kitchen. I do notice it, though. It’s a great size, great price, looks great, and overall it’s fine for keeping my wine that was getting boiled in the summer heat at a reasonable temperature. We’re not connoisseurs so we’re not buying wines that will be ruined without proper storage so yeah. 3 stars. Average. ... show more
