UPDATED REVIEW - I have revised my original review based upon the excellent customer support and follow through by both the Seller & Amazon to provide me with replacement pieces from the original order. Based upon the excellent customer service, I will feel comfortable ordering more of these shelves in the future. /// PRELIMINARY REVIEW - This is my third order of double sets of these shelves. In the first two orders, I ignored all the numerous fragments of broken pieces because all the broken areas were underneath the shelves and did not impact the integrity of the shelving stability. Todays new order had both sets of the shelves with many broken pieces around the important leg pieces - whereby the the shelves are all wobbly and the legs aren't sturdily in place - I had to use electrical tape to try to ensure the poles don't break off the thin plastic holders, but I don't have confidence in using the shelves to hold any weight at all. I have included several pictures of the numerous defects. I am extremely disappointed in the the quality of these shelves. The plastic is extremely thin and comes broken - and it is not durable to hold any weight or hold the poles securely in place. ... show more

I had to return the first one as it was all Broken and cracked like someone just threw it on to a truck. Second one delivered was fine and it fits perfectly in the space I need it to fit. I like the solid shelves. Nothing will slip thru any wire shelving.

I am using it to store all my plant stuff like extra pots, fertilizer, pest control, and tools and it’s doing wonderful. Assembly was a breeze. You could put two together if you want to make it larger or split it to make two. When messy it’s very easy to clean and I love that it won’t rust.

The media could not be loaded. I originally purchased a utility rack from Costco for just $30 and was excited to assemble it. However, it turned out to be too wide for my closet. After searching online and on Amazon, I found this utility rack, but I was disappointed with its quality. It felt cheap and wobbly, and it didn't fit properly in the grooves, making it unsuitable for heavy items. The rack I bought ended up costing double from what I paid at Costco, where they offer a fantastic Greenmade utility rack that measures 36 inches wide, 17 inches deep, and 72 inches high. That one is incredibly sturdy, but unfortunately, it doesn't fit in my utility closet either. I regret having to settle for this subpar option.
