Nuking safely and easy.

So far, this is my favorite microwave. It is made well and gets the job done. The instructions are easy to understand and put into action. I have no problem with the child lock because it was easy to remove. It is simple to reduce the power for certain dishes. It looks nice and easy to clean. It has a lot of power and heats up quickly. It is easy to start and add the 30 seconds needed to cook food to the right safe temperature. It is very easy to move around but it stays in place when operating. This really is easiest microwave I’ve ever come across is small enough to put on your countertop yet powerful enough to defrost and cook almost anything. I bought it for my elderly mother so that she would not get burned on and over the stove top model that was a higher rated name brand, but I find that this Black & Decker out rate it in reliability, safety, and ease of use. Good small microwave

Great smaller microwave that works well. Pretty easy to use. The door lock feature takes some getting used to. The LED light that shows the time is obnoxiously bright so I cover it with blue tape. Other than that no complaints

Don’t let the Name Brand fool you !

I had to give one star to be able to leave a review. It’s the worst product I ever purchased! I went with it because of the long standing good name and quality that came with the black and decker name . I was clearly wrong! If u put anything on turntable that weighs more than a paper towel it start making this horrible sound like the turntable wheels are grinding on each other . It’s so loud people downstairs will ask what is that noise . It will stop for a few seconds and soon as you walk away its starts back up . I am disabled and my blood pressure and the difficulty I have with speech from a stroke makes trying to explain or get help with this problem, that’s why I always try to order from companies ect that normally don’t problems with their products, black and decker use to be in a category with sturdy quality products. I’m shocked about this and sad to have to admit to my husband he was right . He claimed he wouldn’t have got it because of the Black and Decker name , that they haven’t keep up with new Things and remained their quality. It’s really sad when you see such quality things go down to the point they are not worth a penny. ... show more
