This is my first corded lawn mower, and it does take a bit of an adjustment not to run over the electrical cord. Once you overcome that, I was surprised how well it handled actually mowing. It’s light, so it’s very maneuverable, and was powerful enough to tackle a large pile of wet and dry leaves in the area I was mowing. I’m tired of bagging leaves each fall and was hoping this inexpensive little mower could handle mowing and mulching, and it does without any complaints. Additionally, the mulched leaves were ground small enough so they could be incorporated into my vegetable and flower beds, meaning no more leaf bags going to the landfill. I don't get all the negative reviews! It came, had it assembled in 10 minutes and did the first cut this morning. Bag catcher works well it's just small and it has plenty of power for what it's meant to do. It is perfect for small yards and the handles make it easy to maneuver.

The mower was what I expected based on previous reviews. The good: it is light weight, easy to handle and maneuver. The adjustable cut height is a plus. The bad: Only one of the switches on the handles work. the bag won't lock into the machine. Fortunately, my yard is small and I can do without the bag. This mower is garbage. Where to start...the collapsing handle bar really is not one. You have to unscrew it and re-screw it everytime. I can only imagine something will strip out soon enough rendering in useless. The body is very long with respect to the cutting swathe. You cannot get into corners of your yard or up against trees very well. It is difficult to turn 180 degrees when cutting rows. You essentially have to make a 4 point turn everytime. Lastly, it is not built for "the business" I hit one rock and the blade bent., Straightened it out. Hit another rock and the darn thing nearly bent it's self in half. This was really easy to assemble and it cuts great! It gets 5 stars even though I do have a "small" issue with it. I'm just under 5 feet tall and the handle is hella long! When (or if) the manufacturer ever decides to redesign this mower they might want to consider making the handle length adjustable, 6 inches or a foot would make a huge difference for little people. more difficult to push than my old lawnmower. the clippings are difficult to remove from the basket when emptied compared to my old sunjo lawnmower. when i went to assemble, the premade holes in lower bar are too small for the screw to be inserted and i had to take and have them redrilled for screw assembly. it does not cut as well as my older sunjo lawnmower with a lot of clippings left clumped up together on the lawn. ... show more

This little mower is surprising, in a good way. It was super easy to put together. I plugged it right in and mowed a 15 x 15 square just for fun and it did great. That square did require that I empty the bag so if you have a larger area plan for that. I bought it to mow the tight places around my garden and it's done fine. I'm happy with it.
