I recently purchased this Styling Chair, as part of a remodel for my barber space. Shipping was very fast considering its size and weight. It came is 2 boxes which I feel was a good decision to help keep the weight per box down. The moment I opened the package, I could tell this chair was built with quality and care in mind. I absolutely love the sleek black and gold design, it gives my space a modern yet classy, almost retro-inspired vibe that immediately stands out. When I first sat in the chair, I noticed how incredibly comfortable it felt. I really appreciate the high-density sponge cushioning because I like that you dont immediately sink in the chair. The PVC leather feels smooth and breathable, and easy to wipe clean. That’s a huge plus for me since I want something that looks great but is also practical. I am especially impressed with how functional this chair is. I love that I can rotate it a full 360 degrees, which makes it so convenient while working. The reclining feature is one of my favorite parts. I can easily adjust the backrest to the perfect angle depending on what I need. I also found the adjustable headrest and footrest helpful because I can customize everything for maximum comfort. The hydraulic pump works flawlessly, and I really notice how smooth and sturdy the height adjustment is. I feel completely confident in its stability, especially with the heavy-duty steel frame and strong chrome base. It feels incredibly secure, and well balanced. This chair was for a tenant of mine in a salon suite but it's unstable and wobbly and multiple customers have almost fallen out of the chair cause when it's time to lean the customer back the chair completely tilts. I had several repair men and my tenant has had several repair men check the chair and all have agreed that it's something on the manufacturing side that has caused this issue. DON’T BUY!!!!!!! I bought 3 of these chairs, with shipping a $1200. mistake. Made in CHINA or CN. This has got to be the biggest peace of crap i have ever bought on Amazon. Their description read it would lift 500 pounds. My Grandson weights 125. He had to get out of the chair for it go up and it’s just as hard getting it to go down.
