I absolutely LOVE this purchase!!! I have had several but they are either itchy, inaccurate description, the velcro doesnt last or just plain uncomfortable. This holds my stomach in and makes me look like I have absolutely no stomache and a hourglass figure. I have a menopause belly and you cant even tell! It is comfortable and can be worn all day. The snaps are very sturdy as well and the band does stretch. I would definitely recommend this product!

It's an overall really great product. It not only helps with tucking away the tummy, hiding unwanted lumps and transforming them into beautiful curves, but it also is perfect for training not only the sides but the back and hips too. Makes a good brace for anyone whom struggles with poor posture and/or laziness and pain during exercising as well. When I had opened up the package, I was shocked, I was worried that it may have been a bit too small and it ended up being a perfect fit, true too the size. The material is smooth, stretchy and healthy to be able to put on and to be able to almost completely forget you even have it on. It's a great product! Would defiantly buy again and would totally recommend to any new buyer looking for a great way to feel and look beautiful.

I loved it but it stretched out within weeks. I started on the 1st snaps the1st week, 2nd snaps by the second week and 3rd snaps by the 3rd week. It felt really snug and comfortable. I chose this one particularly for the 3 support straps but they eventually wouldn't remain fastened. The velcro wouldn't stay attached. Would buy again and go down one size but I'm concerned about the straps, which I loved, not lasting long.

I started on the first hoops….nect day I was on the second row. Day after that the third! This waist trainer stretches out and will NOT STAY ATTACHED. The Velcro is no good. I did not recommend.

I have used neoprene belts, corsets and back braces, and was looking for something that would be a combination of all of those - this is the perfect product! After wearing it for a couple hours I could already notice my posture was improving when I took it off. (Keep in mind you do have to put the effort into engaging your core muscles, but this does help to"train" you too do it correctly.) I also sweat a ton without getting hot or even noticing until I took it off. I am a little taller than most at 5'10" and had previously tried a waist trainer that was only 9" tall that ended up rolling itself into a belt and not offering any support, so I really appreciate the extra height on this one which goes from a few inches below my navel to just below my bra/lower ribs. I also have sensitive skin and frequently get rashes from some materials, but not this product which is great!

1. Straps roll up, not enough Velcro 2. Not really for a long torso & the bars dig in your thighs when you sit down when you pull it down to cuff your lowere stomach fat. 3. Can be irritating & painful 4. If you have back rolls, it will dig in your rolls. Pro: Good for posture
