I needed something to keep me from grinding my teeth at night, and these do just that. I have braces, and since my braces went on I found myself grinding my teeth more. Which sets off extreme migraines for me. My only complaint is that the flavor is very weak and only provides a faint chemical cherry taste. I wish Amazon would carry them in the other flavors. Last time I looked, the choices were Cherry or Mint.

I purchased these because I have recently had some dental work done. Not braces. I do tend to clench my teeth and I thought these would help while I watch TV or just sitting around the house. I was hoping for a more gummy or softer texture. This product is a very hard plastic. It made my mouth raw on the inside of my lips. I only had it in my mouth for about an hour or so. I purchased the grape and to me it it like soap smelling. Nothing like grape. I want to try and boil the guard to see if maybe that would soften them up so we shall see.

This sits on top of the tongue, push it back so it covers the back molars. It does not over hang onto the gums which is common with other teeth guards. Not comfortable to have the gums covered every single night. Saved me hundreds of dollars because I don't need my dentist to create a custom made one. I did not cut it, though you can to size. Slight scent of cherries not noticeable and wears away. Pleasant while it lasts. Definitely recommend, give it a couple of nights to get used to it. Five Stars ⭐️

I’m so sad about it, but I had to return these. They were exactly what I needed... I am currently wearing braces with rubber bands. So they’re the only mouth guard that works for me, and these were the only ones like this that I’ve been able to find. However, I couldn’t use them because they are SOOOOO heavily fragranced!! I could smell them through the Amazon box before I even opened it!!! 😳 When I put them in my mouth... I immediately couldn’t stand the taste. It was like eating an air freshener! 😩 I tried to soak them overnight in cleaner so I could still use them... but, that didn’t work. Then, I tried to let them sit and “air out” for a few days, but that didn’t work either. 💔 So, sadly I just had to send them back. It made me sad, because without the fragrance, they would have been perfect! ☹️

The media could not be loaded. These bite wafers are just the right amount of firm and soft, which has been effective to relieve teeth and gum pain. I also clinch my teeth while driving and have found that these help to bite on while driving and prevent jaw pain. The mint flavor/ scent is the best, tried the other through an ortho., they weren’t bad just mint is better. I don’t see myself using them as night guards as I split mine out so it has to snap onto my teeth.
