We got two (one for me, one for wifey) to replace laundry bags. These *almost* fit under the opening dryer door (fine when it’s already open) and *almost* down the hall to the closet (with a little squeeze). The weeve isn’t as smooth as anticipated. I suspect socks’ll catch now and then on little protrusions from the basket weave. If so, we still have our old laundry bags to use as basket liners. Pay attention to the price and measurements. You *may* (or maybe not) find something as good locally. We looked at Bed Bath and Beyond, World Market, etc. and saw various possibilities. (Take a measuring tape when you shop!) ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This basket is very well made and it's so stylish I decided to keep it in my living room to put my throw blankets in. The handles feel tight and there isn't one flaw. There was a delay in the delivery with no fault of the seller and when I was notified I contacted Bird Rock via Amazon and they got back to me within four hours and tracked down the basket for me. The kind people at Bird Rock made sure that I was happy with my purchase and that there was no damage to the item and thanked me for my purchase.
