I have been baking wedding cakes, birthday cakes, iced cookies, cupcakes and other baked goods for years. I’ve always made my icing from scratch! But because of a recent shoulder surgery I was worn out! I decided to try this for my granddaughter‘s graduation party cupcakes. Ten dozen to be exact! When I open the container I was shocked to see the icing it was so thick, so dark chocolate, and so heavy I somewhat panicked. I put a good amount in a bowl with a little heavy cream and a touch of vanilla, whipped it with my hand mixer and it couldn’t have been more perfect!
